A speargun having a stock, a muzzle at a distal end thereof; and a pair of matching elastic tackles assemblies either side of the stock for tensioning a wishbone from the muzzle to a spear. Optionally, the speargun may have a second elastic tackle assembly disposed on the bottom of the stock. According to another approach, a speargun component kit may be provided to a user to attach to their own stock having a muzzle; a pair of tensionable pulley tackles having a line to attach a spear, to attach to the muzzle, and to attach to at least one pair of elastic bands at a second end; an adjustable anchor mount of the elastic bands to the stock, and a spear release mechanism.

A multi-use projectile launching apparatus that includes a single piece body and attached elastic propulsion band to propel an object through a portion of the single piece body. The single piece body consists of a handle for supporting the apparatus, a projectile tube through which the propelled object travels, a funnel for receiving the propelled object and passing it to the projectile tube, and one or more attachment nodes for connecting an elastic propulsion band to the single piece body. Together these components form a device capable of launching several kinds of projectile objects at high speed by propelling the projectile object with elastic force.

A novel electroshock device is provided. The novel electroshock device includes a weapon body, a magazine, and at least one electroshock projectile which is used by being positioned into a magazine and ensures that a target is subjected to shock by being fired to the target, and which has no physical connection with the magazine or with a weapon body after being fired to the target.

A barrel catch of a toy gun has a barrel through hole with diameter larger than outer circumference of the barrel so that the barrel penetrates through hole center. The barrel catch includes a barrel fitting portion fitted/attached to the barrel on the inner circumference of the hole opposite to the pressing portion exposed from an opening in a barrel attachment portion of a toy gun body. The barrel catch is housed in a housing portion of the toy gun body slidably in the direction defined by the pressing portion and the opposite portion of the pressing portion. The barrel includes a barrel catch fitting portion fittable to the barrel fitting portion of the barrel catch upon penetration of the barrel through the barrel catch. The barrel slidably penetrates the barrel through hole of the barrel catch in the direction defined by the pressing portion and the opposite portion.

A toy gun having a pair of sides are joined together using a number of pins inserted through pin holes passing through the pair of sides. A trigger and a slide are sandwiched between the pair of sides and are secured therein. A pivot pin allows the trigger to be pulled rearwardly such that it presses against the slide, moving it reward as well. When this occurs, the slide moves out from between the two sides, pushing the elastic bands away from static notches located on the rear end of the sides. This causes the top-most elastic band to fire away from the gun, and the remaining elastic bands to be reseated upwardly into the next adjacent respective static notch. The elastic bands pull the trigger back into its original position, allowing for semi-automatic firing.

An aerial projectile apparatus provides a means for marking terrestrial and marine locations for identification from afar, as by aerial reconnaissance. The projectile is launched from ground level at a location where identification is desired. When the projectile is lofted to an appropriate elevation, it disperses a spray of marker substance in the form of droplets or solid particles. When the sprayed marker substance settles to ground level, it leaves a mark on the landscape or marine surface indicating the location for identification by aerial reconnaissance.

An exhaust system for a combustion engine vehicle includes an exhaust pipe extending between an exhaust inlet disposed opposite an exhaust outlet. The exhaust inlet and exhaust outlet are in fluidic communication with one another. The exhaust inlet is configured to receive an exhaust gas produced by an internal combustion engine of the combustion engine vehicle. A second pipe has an air inlet extending from and connected to the exhaust pipe. The second pipe is configured to be in fluidic communication with the exhaust outlet. The air inlet is configured to receive an outside flow of air. The exhaust gas from the combustion engine vehicle and the outside flow of air captured by the air inlet when the combustion engine vehicle is moving forward are configured to be combined and to cooperatively exit out the exhaust outlet.

An aerial projectile apparatus provides a means for marking terrestrial and marine locations for identification from afar, as by aerial reconnaissance. The projectile is launched from ground level at a location where identification is desired. When the projectile is lofted to an appropriate elevation, it disperses a spray of marker substance in the form of droplets or solid particles. When the sprayed marker substance settles to ground level, it leaves a mark on the landscape or marine surface indicating the location for identification by aerial reconnaissance.

A dart pistol utilizes an assembly of a pistol body, a launch channel, a carriage, a mainspring, an operating bar, an engagement feature, a trigger member, and a retainer pin to adapt a conventional game of throwing darts into a shooting sport. The launch channel is formed into the pistol body such that the carriage, mainspring, and operating bar are slidably mounted between a fore body end and a rear body end. The mainspring is connected between the carriage and the fore body end to impart a launching force to at least one projectile via the carriage. The retainer pin is laterally mounted into the channel to capture the engagement feature of the operating bar until dislodged by the trigger member. The trigger member is pivotably mounted to the pistol body, operatively coupling the trigger member to the operating bar to fire the dart pistol.
