Disclosed is an optical sight mount with an integrated aiming and illumination module. The optical sight mount is configured to position an optical sighting device (e.g., a reflex sight) on a firearm so that the optical sighting device can be used to aim the firearm at a target. The aiming and illumination module, also referred to as an optical module, includes an aiming laser and an illumination source. An example optical sight mount comprises a base configured for attachment to a firearm, a mounting interface configured so that an optical sighting device can be attached thereto, and an optical module configured to emit a type of aiming radiation and illumination radiation. The optical module is positioned between the base and the mounting interface of the optical sight mount.

FIREARM ACCESSORY MOUNT

A firearm accessory mount assembly and associated components and methods. The mount assembly can include a mount, at least one dovetail connector, and at least one fastener. The mount can have a first side configured to receive the firearm accessory and a second side configured to engage the firearm. The fastener can be used to secure the dovetail connector in position with respect to the mount and to secure the mount to the firearm. Other constructions and methods are disclosed.

Firearm accessory mounting interface

An accessory mounting interface for a firearm, and a related method, are disclosed. The interface has a firearm accessory, a first elongated fastener, and a second fastener rotationally mated to the first elongated fastener. The first elongated fastener has right-handed threading and is arranged through a through hole in the firearm accessory with a first end extending below first and second halves of a first slot protrusion of the firearm accessory. The second fastener has a length greater than a width, the length measured along a longitudinal axis of the second fastener, the second fastener having a plurality of straight edges. At least one of the plurality of straight edges prevents the second fastener from rotating further than a closed position when the at least one of the straight edges abuts a sidewall of an elongated slot in the firearm.

Archery scope and accessories

An optical sighting assembly including an improved scope body and detachable accessories is presented. The accessories can be magnetically attachable to the scope body and can include a lens cartridge, a light pack, power pack and/or an alignment ring. The lens cartridge can be keyed to be installed at a predetermined rotational orientation, and the lens cartridge can hold a small diameter lens. Lenses can include a fluorescent aiming point that can fluoresce due to ambient light and/or when illuminated by an LED. The light pack can include the LED, a power source, and a control interface for adjusting light output. Alternatively, the LED can be integrated into the scope body, and a battery pack can include a power source and a control interface for the LED.

A laser bore sight with arbor system is disclosed which includes a bore sight with a housing, a laser and an activation switch. The system also includes a plurality of arbors, each arbor having a sleeve with an interior channel configured to be received the bore sight. Each arbor is configured to fit within the bore and/or breach of a firearm. The exterior configuration of each arbor is different and specifically configured to fit a specific caliber of firearm. The sleeve has a rear end to which is coupled an end cap having and opening through which the bore sight activation switch extends.

Sight systems comprise a sight receiver and a base attachable to and detachable from a sight receiver. A base carries a sighting component, such as an iron sight or optic sight. A sighting component may be attachably and detachably mounted to a base, or a sighting component may be made integrally with a base. A base may carry plural sighting components. Sight systems may include plural interchangeable sight receivers, bases, and/or sighting components. In some embodiments, interfitting structures at least partially restrain or retain a base and a sight receiver in longitudinal and lateral alignment, with such structures being longitudinally oriented. In some embodiments, interfitting structures at least partially restrain or retain a base and a sighting component in longitudinal alignment and lateral alignment, with such structures being longitudinally oriented. Some embodiments provide a fastener operable with a compatible and/or complementary surface, together used to urge interfitting parts together tightly.

Modular illumination and aiming apparatus

A modular illumination and aiming apparatus, a preferred embodiment of which includes an optical head module, mounting module, and an end cap module. The modular illumination and aiming apparatus is configured to be quickly and intuitively adjusted by a user in response to changing target and environmental conditions. The modular illumination and aiming apparatus is configured to be ergonomically supportive such that a user may maintain a consistent firing grip while activating the illumination and aiming functions. The optical head module is configured to allow the user to change radiation types by adjusting an end cap. The alignment mechanism in the optical head module for the radiation source and optics is configured to provide a robust and zero-play optical mount in order to resist recoil and general physical shock.
