An array substrate and a display device are provided, and the array substrate includes a base substrate and includes a pixel array and an auxiliary conductive structure which are on the base substrate; the pixel array includes a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array and a plurality of pixel electrodes, and each of the plurality of pixel units includes at least one of the plurality of pixel electrodes; the auxiliary conductive structure surrounds at least one of the plurality of pixel electrodes and is insulated from the plurality of pixel electrodes; a resistivity of a material of the auxiliary conductive structure is less than or equal to a resistivity of a material of the at least one of the plurality of the pixel electrodes.

An array substrate includes a substrate, a gate line on the substrate, a sub-pixel, two data lines, a touch signal line, a functional electrode, and a touch electrode unit. The orthographic projection of the touch signal line on the substrate partially overlaps orthographic projection of an opening area of the sub-pixel on the substrate; the touch electrode unit is coupled to the touch signal line; the extension directions of the first and second sub-function electrode portions of the functional electrode are the same as that of the data line, the first/second sub-functional electrode portion is located on a first/second side of the sub-pixel opening area; along the extending direction of the gate line, a distance between the first/second sub-functional electrode portion and the touch signal line is smaller than a distance between the data line on the first/second side and the touch signal line.

The present disclosure relates to an electrode structure and a display panel. The electrode structure includes: first and second electrode portion and a conductive connection portion. The first electrode portion includes a first connection bar and first electrode bars. The first connection bar has a first side and a second side. The first electrode bars are located on the first side and connected to the first connection bar, and ends of adjacent first electrode bars away from the first connection bar are in an open shape. The second electrode portion includes a second connection bar and a second electrode bars. The second connection bar has a third side and a fourth side. The second electrode bars are located on the third side and connected to the second connection bar, and ends of adjacent second electrode bars away from the second connection bar are in an open shape.
Array substrate and manufacturing method thereof, display panel and display apparatus
The disclosure relates to an array substrate. The array substrate may include a base substrate, an auxiliary electrode, a thin film transistor, a first insulating layer, a first electrode, a second insulating layer, and a second electrode sequentially arranged in a direction away from the base substrate. The auxiliary electrode is between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer and insulated from the first electrode, the auxiliary electrode is coupled to a drain of the thin film transistor through a first via hole in the first insulating layer, and the second electrode is coupled to the auxiliary electrode through a second via hole in the second insulating layer.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel. The array substrate includes: a base; a pixel electrode and a thin film transistor disposed on the base; a passivation layer covering the thin film transistor and the pixel electrode, the passivation layer being provided with a transferring through hole that simultaneously exposes the pixel electrode and a drain electrode or a source electrode of the thin film transistor; a connection electrode disposed on the passivation layer and at the transferring through hole, the connection electrode connected with the pixel electrode, and the drain electrode or the source electrode through the transferring through hole.
Liquid crystal display
A liquid crystal display includes first and second gate lines and first and second data lines, on a first substrate, a first thin film transistor connected to the first gate and data lines and including a first source and drain electrode, a second thin film transistor connected to the second gate and data lines and including a second source and drain electrode, first and second pixel electrodes contacting a portion of the first and second drain electrodes, respectively, a passivation layer on the first and second pixel electrodes and the first and second thin film transistors, and a reference electrode on a passivation layer and overlapping the first pixel electrode and the second pixel electrode. The reference electrode includes a plurality of branch electrodes. The first thin film transistor is right of the first data line and the second thin film transistor is left of the second data line.
Display device and semiconductor device
According to one embodiment, a display device includes a semiconductor layer, a first insulating layer, a gate electrode, a second insulating layer and a plurality of transparent conductive layers. The transparent conductive layers include a pixel electrode, a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer. The pixel electrode is in contact with the second conductive layer. The second conductive layer is in contact with the first conductive layer. The first conductive layer is brought into contact with a second region of the semiconductor layer through a first contact hole.

DUAL-GATE ARRAY SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A dual-gate array substrate includes: a plurality of gate lines arranged in a first direction and each extended in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction; a plurality of primary signal lines and secondary signal lines arranged alternately in the second direction and extended in the first direction; and a plurality of pixel units. The primary signal lines are connected to a drive unit, and connected respectively to the pixel units that are adjacent thereto. Common electrodes include a plurality of main electrodes and a plurality of branching electrodes. An orthographic projection of the main electrode on the dual-gate array substrate does not overlap with those of corresponding ones, adjacent to the main electrode, of the pixel electrodes and at least covers the primary signal line. Each gate line includes a protrusion protruded in the first direction.

An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a substrate, a color resist layer disposed on a side of the substrate, and a black matrix layer disposed on a side of the color resist layer away from the substrate. The color resist layer includes a plurality of color resists of different colors. The black matrix layer includes a plurality of light-shielding strips and a plurality of openings. An orthographic projection of an opening on the substrate overlaps an orthographic projection of a color resist on the substrate. The array substrate also includes a light-converging layer disposed between the color resist layer and the black matrix layer. The light-converging layer includes a plurality of light-converging portions, and a light-converging portion converges light incident on the light-converging portion to a light-shielding strip of the plurality of light-shielding strips.
