Watch provided with a control member
A watch includes a control member, for example a crown or a head of a push-piece, which is mounted in a resilient manner on the outer end of an elongated element projecting outside the middle, such that a user can tilt in a self-reverting manner the control member in two dimensions orthogonal and perpendicular to the central axis of the elongated element. At least one proximity sensor is incorporated into the middle of the watch, in a location allowing this proximity sensor to produce an electric signal that represents the tilting of the control member about an axis that is perpendicular to the central axis. A processor generates at least one instruction on the basis of the electric signal provided by at least one proximity sensor, for example to allow the user to browse a menu or a calendar displayed on a digital screen.
Rotary input mechanism for an electronic device
One embodiment of the present disclosure is directed to a wearable electronic device. The wearable electronic device includes an enclosure having a sidewall with a button aperture defined therethrough, a display connected to the enclosure, and a processing element in communication with the display. The device also includes a sensing element in communication with the processing element and an input button at least partially received within the button aperture and in communication with the sensing element, the input button configured to receive two types of user inputs. During operation, the sensing element tracks movement of the input button to determine the two types of user inputs.

WATCH WITH COMBINATION LOCK PROTECTION
The invention relates to watches. According to the invention, the watch comprises a case with a removable cover and a clock mechanism installed in the case, including a setting/winding mechanism. The watch is equipped with a combination lock used to block the setting/winding mechanism and block removing the cover from the case to prevent unauthorized use of the watch. The invention allows increasing the safety of using the watch due to the combination lock installed therein to block the setting/winding mechanism and block removing the cover from the case to prevent unauthorized use of the watch.
Switch device and timepiece
A switch device including a base member provided with a stem insertion hole, an operation member which has an engaging groove provided in an outer circumferential surface thereof, and is slidably and rotatably inserted into the stem insertion hole of the base member, a stopper member having an engaging portion which is arranged in the engaging groove of the operation member and moved along with sliding of the operation member, and a release member which releases the engaging portion from the engaging groove, in which the release member includes a pressing portion which is operated from one surface side of the base member so as to release the engaging portion from the engaging groove.
DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING A HOROLOGICAL MOVEMENT WITH TACTILE FEEDBACK AND TIMEPIECE, IN PARTICULAR A WATCH, COMPRISING SUCH A DEVICE
The present invention relates to a control device (10) for a horological movement including, on the one hand, a first part (100) comprising a sliding guide tube (101) intended to be fixed relative to said horological movement and an activation module (120), and on the other hand, a second movable part (200) slidably guided by the guide tube (101) in a direction called “axial direction”, relative to said first part (100), between an active position wherein it is able to be integral, by means of an adjustment rod (201), with a component of the horological movement, and an inactive position wherein said adjustment rod (201) is intended to release the component of the horological movement, said second part (200) comprising a slider (202) fixed to the adjustment rod (201) and cooperating with the activation module (120) so that they exert mechanical stresses on each other when the second part (200) moves between the active and inactive positions, and so that these mechanical stresses are released when the second part (200) reaches one of the active or inactive positions.
Timepiece
A timepiece includes a case including a protrusion protruding inward from an inner wall, a crown including a shaft passing through the side surface of the case, a head provided at one end of the shaft, and a drive wheel provided at the other end opposite from the one end of the shaft, an internal rotary ring provided in a position where the internal rotary ring overlaps with the protrusion in the plan view and having teeth that engage with the drive wheel, and elastic members disposed between the protrusion and the internal rotary ring and each including a convex section that engages with the teeth.
Electronic timepiece
An electronic timepiece includes an exterior case; an electronic module housed in the exterior case; a winding stem projecting from the electronic module to the exterior case; and a conductive earth member having a plate-like portion and an elastic portion extending from the plate-like portion to a winding stem side, in which the winding stem has a flange disposed between the electronic module and the exterior case, and the elastic portion is brought into contact with a surface of the flange on an electronic module side in a state where the winding stem is pushed into the electronic module.
Watch provided with a control member
A watch including a control member that is able to manage at least one first function of the watch and at the same time to control one or more additional electronic functions. The control member, for example a crown or a push-piece head, is mounted on the elongate element defining a central axis and passing through a wall of the watch middle. At least one strain gauge is mounted around the elongate element and arranged so as to produce an electrical signal representing a radial force exerted by the elongate element on the strain gauge when a user laterally exerts a force on the control member. A processor generates at least one command on the basis of the electrical signal, for example to enable the user to navigate in a menu or a calendar displayed on a digital screen.
WEARABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A consumer product that is a portable and, in some cases, a wearable electronic device. The wearable electronic device may have functionalities including: keeping time; monitoring a user's physiological signals and providing health-related information based on those signals; communicating with other electronic devices or services; visually depicting data on a display; gather data form one or more sensors that may be used to initiate, control, or modify operations of the device; determine a location of a touch on a surface of the device and/or an amount of force exerted on the device, and use either or both as input.
