VARIABLE-GEOMETRY TIMEPIECE DISPLAY MECHANISM WITH RESILIENT HAND
A variable timepiece display mechanism includes a resilient hand with a drive pipe integral with a single-piece flexible strip including flexible segments joined at tips, a first segment thereof extends between the first pipe and a first tip. The mechanism also includes a driver for driving the pivoting of the pipe, and a stressor for stressing the first flexible segment in order to vary the position of the first tip relative to the output axis, as a function of the forces applied to the flexible strip. The drier and/or the stressor includes a first shaped gear train and/or a second shaped gear train in order to accelerate, stabilize the speed of, or slow at least the pipe over a part of the angular travel thereof.

A watch includes a power reserve hand configured to be visually recognizable from a watch rear side, an oscillating weight including a weight, a transmission wheel configured to rotate a ratchet wheel, a pawl lever configured to engage with the transmission wheel, an eccentric wheel including an eccentric shaft member to which the pawl lever is attached and an eccentric toothed gear, a train wheel bridge provided between the pawl lever and the oscillating weight, and a seconds wheel and pinion including a seconds hand shaft. The eccentric shaft member and the seconds hand shaft are supported by the train wheel bridge. The power reserve hand is disposed in a position that does not overlap the weight in plan view, and is disposed in a position that overlaps the train wheel bridge in side view orthogonal to the seconds hand shaft.

System and method for determining at least one parameter relating to an angular movement of an arbor comprising a rotating reflector with contigous oblique chamfers
A system and method to determine an angular movement of an arbor integral with a crown of a watch, the arbor being rotatable in a longitudinal direction. Included is a rotating reflector mounted on the arbor, and two emitter/detector pairs disposed on either side of the reflector. Each emitter/detector pair includes a light source for illuminating the reflector, and a light detector for receiving the light reflected on the reflector and for generating an electrical signal representative of the reflected light. A processor processes the electrical signals and determine a parameter relating to the angular movement of the arbor. The rotating reflector's visible outer surface changes when the reflector rotates on itself in a regular manner, such that the representative electrical signal generated by said detector of the pair has a substantially sinusoidal shape when the reflector rotates on itself in a regular manner in a same direction of rotation.

A timepiece includes a mainspring, a power reserve hand configured to indicate a remaining amount of windup of the mainspring, an indicator wheel provided with the power reserve hand attached thereto, and a solar wheel configured to rotate in a first direction when the mainspring is wound, rotate in a second direction reverse to the first direction when the mainspring is unwound, and provided with at least two pinions, one of the pinions configured to drive the indicator wheel.
