One method includes an operation for obtaining machine-learning (ML) models, each model related to predicting a performance metric for an operation of a semiconductor manufacturing tool. Further, each ML model utilizes features defining inputs for the ML model. The method further includes an operation for receiving a process definition for manufacturing a product with the semiconductor manufacturing tool. One or more ML models are utilized to estimate a performance of the process definition used in the semiconductor manufacturing tool. Additionally, the method includes presenting, on a display, results showing the estimate of the performance of the manufacturing of the product. In some aspects, the use of hybrid models improves the predictive accuracy of the system by augmenting the capabilities of data-driven models with the reinforcement provided by the physics-based models.

The system and method further include outputting an estimated optimal control trajectory based on analysis of the probabilistic action estimates to control at least one system of the ego agent to operate within the surrounding environment of the ego agent.

The processors further implement a supervisor that, responsive to receipt of target conditions for the zones and the aggregate validated set of operating scenarios from the coordinator, selects a combination of the operating scenarios from the aggregate validated set of operating scenarios that achieves target conditions and minimizes overall energy consumption by the resources such that some of the operating scenarios of the combination do not minimize energy consumption of the resources corresponding to the some of the operating scenarios.

The AI engine makes an inference regarding existence of a potential problem situation based on the sequence of images. This inference is fed to an inference processing module, which determines if the inference processing module should send an alert or interact with the lift motor controller to slow or stop the lift.
