A Personal Computer (PC) includes a setting data generation processor that generates a setting data file referred to by a setting value writing FB of a PLC and a transmission processor that transmits the setting data file to the PLC. The setting value writing FB is a function block that changes an operation setting value of a control object device that is controlled by the PLC based on the setting data file.

DEVICES, METHODS, AND SYSTEMS FOR MULTI-USER COMMISSIONING

Devices, methods, and systems for multi-user commissioning are described herein. One system includes a mobile computing device comprising computer readable instructions stored thereon that are executable by a processor to: retrieve configuration data for a physical controller from a remote database, install the configuration data on the physical controller, receive data associated with a status of the physical controller after the configuration data is installed on the physical controller, and synchronize the data associated with the status of the physical controller with the remote database.

Systems and methods to adapt and optimize human-machine interaction using multimodal user-feedback

Systems and methods for human-machine interaction. An adaptive behavioral control system of a human-machine interaction system controls an interaction sub-system to perform a plurality of actions for a first action type in accordance with a computer-behavioral policy, each action being a different alternative action for the action type. The adaptive behavioral control system detects a human reaction of an interaction participant to the performance of each action of the first action type from data received from a human reaction detection sub-system. The adaptive behavioral control system stores information indicating each detected human reaction in association with information identifying the associated action. In a case where stored information indicating detected human reactions for the first action type satisfy an update condition, the adaptive behavioral control system updates the computer-behavioral policy for the first action type.

Method for implementing power delivery transaction for potential electrical output of integrated renewable energy source and energy storage system facility

Methods for implementing power delivery transactions between a buyer and a seller of electrical energy supplied to an electrical grid by an integrated renewable energy source (RES) and energy storage system (ESS) of a RES-ESS facility are provided. Estimated total potential output of the RES is compared to a point of grid interconnect (POGI) limit to identify potential RES overgeneration, and the buyer is charged if potential RES overgeneration is less than potential overgeneration during one or more retrospective time windows. The method provides a basis for the RES-ESS facility owner to be paid for an estimated amount of energy that did not get stored as a result of a grid operator not fully discharging an ESS prior to the start of a new day.

Time optimal speed planning method and system based on constraint classification

A time optimal speed planning method and system based on constraint classification. The method comprises: reading path information and carrying out curve fitting to obtain a path curve; sampling the path curve, and considering static constraint to obtain a static upper bound value of a speed curve; considering dynamic constraint, and combining the static upper bound value of the speed curve to construct a time optimal speed model; carrying out convex transformation on the time optimal speed model to obtain a convex model; and solving the convex model based on a quadratic sequence planning method to obtain a final speed curve. The system comprises: a path curve module, a static constraint module, a dynamic constraint module, a model transformation module and a solving module.

A method for pressurizing and depressurizing a shock absorber of an aircraft. More specifically, it relates to a method in which an aircraft weight and ambient temperature are used to calculate a required pressurization level of a shock absorber. As such, the shock absorber may be pressurized to the correct level without applying an iterative approach, greatly reducing initialization time.

Climate control adaptive temperature setpoint adjustment systems and methods

The present disclosure presents techniques for improving operational efficiency of climate control systems. A climate control system may include climate control equipment, a sensor that measures temperature in a building, and a control system that controls operation of the equipment using a first temperature schedule, which associates each time step with a temperature setpoint, when the building is occupied. When not occupied, the control system determines an expected return time based on historical occupancy data associated with the building, determines the temperature setpoint associated with the expected return time, determines candidate schedules each expected to result in the inside air temperature meeting the temperature setpoint, determines efficiency metrics each associated with one of the candidates based on historical performance data resulting from previous operation of the climate control system, and controls operation of the equipment based on a second temperature schedule selected from the candidates based on associated efficiency metrics.
