CNC SINK APERTURE CUTTING MACHINE AND METHOD
A device for cutting a sink opening in a countertop is described. The device includes a base for receiving and securing the countertop. It also includes a cutting assembly that has a rotating cutting tool and a servomotor for controlling a depth of the rotating cutting tool, multiple sets of guide rails attached to said base wherein said cutting assembly moves along said rails; a position controller which controls the position of said cutting assembly and the depth of the rotating cutting tool. The controller uses digital templates of sink openings to position the cutting assembly along the guide rails and sets the depth of the cutting tool.
NUMERICAL CONTROL SYSTEM
A numerical control system includes an image processing device that performs image processing on images captured by an imaging device and a numerical controller. The numerical controller includes a program analysis unit and a storage unit that stores operation control information of the machine, the imaging device, and the image processing device in a format that can be read and written by the program analysis unit. The numerical control system includes a conversion unit that converts commands or the operation control information stored in the storage unit to image processing input items which are setting values of a format that can be recognized by the imaging device and the image processing device and converts image processing output items which are the results of the image processing from the image processing device to operation control information of a format that can be recognized by the program analysis unit.
NC CONTROL METHOD AND A NC CONTROL APPARATUS
The invention provides a NC control method and a NC control apparatus for implementing the method. The method comprises: acquiring a first NC code and a second NC code, wherein the first NC code comprises first machining information for controlling a tool to machine a workpiece, and the second NC code comprises second machining information for enhancing the first machining information; simultaneously running the first NC code and the second NC code to parse out the first machining information and the second machining information; merging the first machining information and the second machining information; and controlling the tool to machine the workpiece according to the result of the merging. The invention also provides a NC control apparatus and a computer storage medium for machining controlled both by the first and the second NC code.
NC program creating device
An NC program creating device is provided that can automatically insert in an NC program a code that can be executed simultaneously with feeding in a non-cutting state. If it is determined by a determination unit that there is a standard code M03, M06, M10 before or after a non-cutting feed code G00 or G30 in an NC program, a new code placement unit places, instead of the standard code M03, M06, M10, a simultaneous execution code M103, M805, M110 corresponding to the standard code M03, M06, M10 before the non-cutting feed code G00 or G30, and places after the non-cutting feed code G00 or G30 a code that performs at least a prescribed operation of the standard code M03, M06, M10 other than an operation of the simultaneous execution code M103, M805, M110.
Cutting condition and tool life display device for a numerical controller
A numerical controller controls a spindle and/or a movable axis of a finishing machine based on a machining program. A cutting condition display device configured to display a cutting condition for the numerical controller calculates cutting conditions including a cutting speed, a feed per spindle revolution per cutting edge of a tool, and a depth of cut for each fixed time during an operation of the finishing machine, based on any or a combination of data on the spindle, the movable axis, a cutting tool, and an object to be cut, which are held by the numerical controller. The calculated cutting condition is stored for each tool and displayed in a graph.
CONTROL DEVICE
The present invention reduces the risk that an unintended operation will be executed when an operator changes data pertaining to machine control. This control device comprises: an input unit for receiving data pertaining to machine control from an external unit; a changed function extraction unit for assessing a function relating to the data received by the input unit; a function limitation unit for selecting one or more function limitations, and executing the selected one or more function limitations, on the basis of a changed function notification indicating the result of assessment by the changed function extraction unit; and a function execution unit for executing the machine control.
