Robotic post
A semantic sensing system includes a processor, a memory, a plurality of wireless communication enabled devices and at least one sensing element, the memory storing a plurality of mapped endpoints wherein the processor is configured to apply semantic drift or entropy to determine non-affirmative circumstances based on inputs from the at least one sensing element to cause the system to perform semantic augmentation towards a first endpoint supervisor in relation with the non-affirmative determinations.
GUIDE ROBOTS FOR PASSENGER ASSISTANCE
An automatic wayfinding system is provided and includes a robotic guide, a passenger interface through which a passenger provides an input of a desired destination and a dispatching module, which, upon receipt of the input of the desired destination, dispatches the robotic guide to the passenger. At least one of the robotic guide and the dispatching module have access to a navigation map including the desired destination, a current position of the passenger and information relating to one or more paths from the current position of the passenger to the desired destination. The robotic guide is programmed to lead the passenger along the one or more paths while remaining tethered to the passenger.
Robot and control method thereof
A robot is provided. The robot includes a camera, a driving unit, and a processor. The robot is configured to, if a plurality of users included in one group are identified in an image captured via the camera, acquire profile information of each of the plurality of users, based on the profile information, acquire group feature information including group type information of the group, priority information of the plurality of users, and preferred waypoint information of the one group, and control the driving unit to perform a route guidance function based on the group feature information and destination information.
GUIDE ROBOT AND OPERATION METHOD OF GUIDE ROBOT
A guide robot and an operation method of same are disclosed. A guide robot according to the present disclosure may, when there is a request for use of a rear side display while a front side display is in use, allow a limited use of the rear side display and provide a screen corresponding to the request for use. In this case, a range of the limited use may be determined differently according to a use state of the front side display. Accordingly, a double-sided display is utilized more efficiently, and thus the usability of a guide robot is extended.
