Attachable display screen for electronic devices
The present disclosure provides an attachable external display screen for use on electronic devices. The display screen may be removably mounted onto a surface of an electronic device to provide the user with an additional display screen. The attachable display screen may utilize a dual sliding mechanism that allows for the display screen to slide out to different lengths relative to the screen of the electronic device. The attachable display screen may also utilize a torque hinge to pivotally couple the display screen to a frame that mounts onto the electronic device. The attachable display screen is rotatable about both the horizontal and vertical axes, which allows a user to tilt and adjust the angle of the display screen.
Electronic apparatus
An electronic device includes a first unit having an input part and a second unit having a display. The first unit and the second unit are detachably coupled, and the first unit includes a socket capable of housing a predetermined side of the second unit. A first insertion hole, into which a security member can be inserted, is provided on a side of the socket, and a second insertion hole, into which the security member can be inserted, is provided on a side of the second unit. The first insertion hole of the socket is provided on an upper part of the socket, and the second insertion hole of the second unit is provided on a lower part of the second unit.
Electronic device
An electronic device includes at least two modules, each module includes at least one component; two adjacent modules of the at least two modules are detachably connected, and the two adjacent modules are electrically connected; the housings of the at least two modules are connected to form the housing of the electronic device; in the at least two modules, the first module includes a mainboard and the second module includes a battery. When any module in the electronic device needs to be updated, the module only needs to be detached from the electronic device, and then the replacement of the module is connected to other modules, thereby forming a new electronic device. There is no need to replace the entire electronic device, and the hardware cost is reduced.
Electronic device with a volumetric transformable display
Electronic device with a volumetric transformable display includes a set of peripheral elements with flat faces arranged to move relative to the device core. Peripheral elements have displays on external faces and electrical contacts on internal faces. Stationary configurations of the device are defined by a plurality of fixed permanent magnets attached to internal faces of the peripheral elements.
Information handling system display narrow border assembly
An information handling system display removably couples to a housing with a sliding structure of the display that engages a coupling structure disposed at opposing sides of the housing. For example, the sliding structure is a member that aligns under a lip formed in the coupling structure. In one embodiment, the sliding structure comprises plural pins extending from opposing sides of the display to enter channels at the side of the housing that direct the pins under a lip at the base of the channel.
MOBILE TERMINAL FOR SETTING UP HOME SCREEN AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed is an electronic device for setting up home screens of a first display and a second display including a database in which information on a first home screen displayed on the first display and information on a second home screen displayed on the second display are stored, and a controller that receives an input to enter a setting control mode for controlling settings of the home screens, acquires the information on the first home screen and the second home screen from the database in response to the input being received, and provides, through the first display, the information on the first home screen and the information on the second home screen in the setting control mode, wherein the first home screen is displayed on the first display by a first application and the second home screen is displayed on the first display by a second application.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CHARGING A MOBILE PHONE AND A MOBILE PHONE COVER
A battery in a mobile phone cover may be selectively charged according to a user-selectable parameter. When charged, the battery in the mobile phone cover may be used to charge a battery in a mobile phone.
Display device
A display device includes: a body, and a display screen portion detachably connected with the body. The body includes a first magnetic assembly; and the display screen portion includes a second magnetic assembly. At least one of the first magnetic assembly and the second magnetic assembly is a magnetic-field controllable assembly, and the first magnetic assembly and the second magnetic assembly are connected with or separated from one another due to magnetic attraction or repulsion respectively.
ROLLABLE EXTENDED MOBILE DEVICE DISPLAY
One or more computer processors detect a computing device within a proximity to a rollable device. The one or more computer processors determine a location and an orientation of the rollable device relative to the computing device. The one or more computer processors attach the rollable device to the computing device utilizing the set of biometric locks engaged programmatically such that at least one side of the rollable device is locked and hinged to the computing device. The one or more computer processors responsive to the rollable device attached to a side of the computing device, extend a display area of the computing device to the rollable device.
