System and method for detecting potential matches between a candidate biometric and a dataset of biometrics
A system and method for detecting a potential match between a candidate facial image and a dataset of facial images is described. Some implementations of the invention determine whether a candidate facial image (or multiple facial images) of a person taken, for example, at point of entry corresponds to one or more facial images stored in a dataset of persons of interest (e.g., suspects, criminals, terrorists, employees, VIPs, “whales,” etc.). Some implementations of the invention detect potential fraud in a dataset of facial images. In a first form of potential fraud, a same facial image is associated with multiple identities. In a second form of potential fraud, different facial images are associated with a single identity, as in the case, for example, of identity theft. According to various implementations of the invention, spectral clustering techniques are used to determine a likelihood that pairs of facial images (or pairs of facial image sets) correspond to the person or different persons.
USER-GUIDED IMAGE SEGMENTATION METHODS AND PRODUCTS
A method for image segmentation includes (a) clustering, based upon k-means clustering, pixels of an image into first clusters, (b) outputting a cluster map of the first clusters (c) re-clustering the pixels into a new plurality of non-disjoint pixel-clusters, and (d) classifying the non-disjoint pixel-clusters in categories, according to a user-indicated classification. Another method for image segmentation includes (a) forming a graph with each node of the graph corresponding to a first respective non-disjoint pixel-cluster of the image and connected to each terminal of the graph and to all other nodes corresponding to other respective non-disjoint pixel-clusters that, in the image, are within a neighborhood of the first respective non-disjoint pixel-cluster, (b) setting weights of connections of the graph according to a user-indicated classification in categories respectively associated with the terminals, and (c) segmenting the image into the categories by cutting the graph based upon the weights.
Clustering Method and Apparatus for Spatial Points, and Electronic Device
The present disclosure provides a clustering method and apparatus for spatial points, and an electronic device, relates to the field of artificial intelligence, and in particular, to intelligent transportation. The specific implementation solution includes: clustering multiple spatial points to-be-processed according to distances between the multiple spatial points to-be-processed to obtain multiple first clustering groups; for each first clustering group, determining a first external graph enclosing all the spatial points to-be-processed in this first clustering group; and merging the multiple first clustering groups according to distances between first external graphs of the multiple first clustering groups to obtain at least one second clustering group. Therefore, clustering efficiency can be enhanced.
Content clustering of new photographs for digital picture frame display
A method for automated routing of pictures taken on mobile electronic devices to a digital picture frame including a camera integrated with the frame, and a network connection module allowing the frame for direct contact and upload of photos from electronic devices or from photo collections of community members. The integrated camera is used to automatically determine an identity of a frame viewer and can capture gesture-based feedback. The displayed photos are automatically shown and/or changed according to the detected viewers. The photos can be filtered and cropped at the receiver side. Clustering photos by content is used to improve display and to respond to photo viewer desires.

Capturing network dynamics using dynamic graph representation learning
Methods and systems for dynamic network link prediction include generating a dynamic graph embedding model for capturing temporal patterns of dynamic graphs, each of the graphs being an evolved representation of the dynamic network over time. The dynamic graph embedding model is configured as a neural network including nonlinear layers that learn structural patterns in the dynamic network. A dynamic graph embedding learning by the embedding model is achieved by optimizing a loss function that includes a weighting matrix for weighting reconstruction of observed edges higher than unobserved links. Graph edges representing network links at a future time step are predicted based on parameters of the neural network tuned by optimizing the loss function.
Methods and apparatus for user identification via community detection
Methods, apparatus, systems, and articles of manufacture for user identification via community detection are disclosed. Example instructions, when executed, cause at least one processor to at least access personally identifiable information to device links, build a device graph based on the personally identifiable information to device links, split components of the device graph into person clusters using community detection, create a snapshot including a device-to-person link lookup, and prepare a person-level impression measurement report from the snapshot.

Method and System for Scene-Aware Audio-Video Representation
Embodiments disclose a method and system for a scene-aware audio-video representation of a scene. The scene-aware audio video representation corresponds to a graph of nodes connected by edges. A node in the graph is indicative of the video features of an object in the scene. An edge in the graph connecting two nodes indicates an interaction of the corresponding two objects in the scene. In the graph, at least one or more edges are associated with audio features of a sound generated by the interaction of the corresponding two objects. The graph of the audio-video representation of the scene may be used to perform a variety of different tasks. Examples of the tasks include one or a combination of an action recognition, an anomaly detection, a sound localization and enhancement, a noisy-background sound removal, and a system control.
Integrated event processing and policy enforcement
A method may include receiving an event from an event source. The event may correspond to event data. The event source may be a container executing an image. The image may correspond to image metadata including attributes describing the image. The method may further include combining the event data with the image metadata to obtain enriched data, detecting, using the enriched data, a deviation from a policy, and in response to detecting the deviation from the policy, performing an action to enforce the policy.
