Agent system, agent processing method, and non-transitory storage medium that stores an agent processing program

An agent system includes a first memory and a first processor coupled to the first memory. The first processor analyzes contents of a verbal question, and carries out pre-processing that replaces vocabulary, which is used in the contents of the question, with homogenized vocabulary, and generates response information based on results of analysis. In a case in which there exists substitution vocabulary that has replaced original vocabulary in the pre-processing, the first processor changes the response information such that it can be recognized that the substitution vocabulary in the response information is synonymous with the original vocabulary, and outputs the response information.

Systems and methods for parsing multiple intents in natural language speech

A system for parsing separate intents in natural language speech configured to (i) receive, from the user computer device, a verbal statement of the user including a plurality of words; (ii) translate the verbal statement into text; (iii) label each of the plurality of words in the verbal statement; (iv) detect one or more potential splits in the verbal statement; (v) divide the verbal statement into a plurality of intents based upon the one or more potential splits; and (vi) generate a response based upon the plurality of intents.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTING ANOMALIES IN MISSION CRITICAL ENVIRONMENTS

A method including isolating a protocol language of a data set comprising a text structure representing data regarding a network communication procedure between a plurality of user devices, wherein the protocol language comprises a pattern for implementing the network communication procedure; generating a document from the data set, wherein the document includes a text structure, organizing, in light of the protocol language, the text structure into a natural language scheme; and detecting, using the natural language scheme, insights in the document.

SYSTEMS, METHODS AND USER INTERFACES IN A PATENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
20230004569 · 2023-01-05 ·

A system and method are provided for automatically proofing the patent specification of a granted patent issued on a patent application. The method comprises the steps of scanning amendments made to the patent application during prosecution; assembling the most recent claims, based on the scanned amendments, to create a test claim set of the claims; comparing the test claim set to the claims of the issued patent as published; and identifying any differences between the compared sets of claims and communicating the differences to a user.

Method and apparatus for detecting anomalies in mission critical environments

A system and method for detecting anomalies in mission-critical environments. The method includes: parsing at least one received data set into a text structure; isolating a protocol language of the at least one received data set, wherein the protocol language is a standardized pattern for communication over at least one protocol; generating at least one document from the contents of the received at least one data set, wherein the at least one document includes at least one parsed text structure referencing a unique identifier, and wherein the at least one parsed text structure is organized within the at least one document according to a natural language scheme; detecting insights in the generated documents; extracting rules from the detected insights; and detecting anomalies by applying the extracted rules.
