According to one embodiment, a server includes a storage unit, a communication interface to connect to store servers and customer terminals, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to receive an order from a customer terminal via the communication interface for an item at a store in a plurality of stores at a facility shared by the plurality of stores and output a seat congestion information request to the customer terminal. The seat congestion information request causes the customer terminal to display a request on the customer terminal for an input of congestion information indicating a congestion state of shared seats at the facility. The control unit receives the congestion information from the customer terminal device and tracks the congestion state of the shared seats based on the received congestion information.

A system for assigning value to a digital asset is disclosed. In some embodiments, the system is configured to link the monetary valuation for a digital asset to a sport team's performance. In some embodiments, the monetary valuation for a digital asset associated with a sport team can increase or decrease based on historical performance or live performance. In some embodiments, the system includes a dashboard that displays various sport teams and the value of associated digital assets. In some embodiments, the system includes functionality that allows a user to buy, sell, and/or trade digital assets associated with a sports team. In some embodiments, the system includes a digital wallet configured to store the digital asset and/or a crypto key that enables access to the digital asset on a blockchain. In some embodiments, the digital asset is a digital token or a digital coin.

An information processing apparatus includes a communication interface for receiving order information from a user terminal and a memory unit for storing the received order information in association with a terminal identifier of the user terminal and an order status indicator. The order status indicator identifies one of a plurality of stages in a transaction from order reception to handover of an item to the user. The method includes analyzing the vehicle data, the context data, and the lease data to predict a future event associated with the vehicle to offer a transaction offer. Further the method includes, selecting a bundle product for the transaction offer from a plurality of products based on the vehicle data, the context data, and the lease data. According to one embodiment, a server device for a congestion notification system includes a communication interface to receive a request for congestion information from a user terminal, a storage unit for storing congestion information, and a processor. The processor is configured to extract the congestion information from the storage unit after the request is received and output the extracted congestion information to the user terminal via the communication interface. The congestion information output to the user terminal includes seat congestion information indicating a congestion state of seats shared by a plurality of stores, such as those arranged as food court or the like.
