A dispenser, apparatus, system and method for automatically dispensing portable or sterile items from a continuous length of packages of items ideally packaged as a stack, including a support shaped and configured to support the stack, a feed mechanism arranged in flow communication relative to the support for feeding the stack towards a dispensing point, a separation means extending from the feed mechanism, shaped and configured for separating an item from the stack at the dispensing point, an electric motor configured to drive the feed mechanism; and a sensor shaped and configured to detect a dispensing parameter, wherein in use, the dispenser is activated by a user providing the dispensing parameter to the sensor thereby activating the feed mechanism to automatically feed the stack towards the dispensing point such that the separation means separates the item from stack thereby allowing for the item to be dispensed.

An automated vertical grill system includes a food storage unit having laminated food product therein; a food dispensing unit; a vertical grill; a conveyor; and a staging bin. The food dispensing unit includes a delamination trolley, which moves horizontally above the vertical grill and delaminates laminated food product into a cooking unit of the vertical grill.

A system for dispensing and packaging drug portions includes one or more storage containers, the one or more storage containers each including a housing defining a receiving chamber for drug portions and a singulating device disposed at least partially within the housing for singulating and dispensing the drug portions contained within the receiving chamber, the singulating device having an electrically conductive outer surface. The kiosk may include, for example, a housing defining a chamber therein and configured to receive a plurality of baked products. A storage and dispensing station for a blister packaging machine for drug portions includes a base electrically coupled to the blister packaging machine and configured to dissipate an electrical charge to the blister packaging machine. A storage container is disposed on the base and includes a housing defining a receiving chamber for drug portions, a cylindrical receiving chamber and a bottom surface. A singulating device is rotatably disposed in the cylindrical receiving chamber and has multiple channels extending along the singulating device and parallel with a rotational axis of the singulating device. The singulating device also includes an electrically conductive coupling and a drive for rotating the singulating device. The singulating device is electrically conductive at least at an outer surface of the singulating device, and the outer surface comes into contact with drug portions. A conductor device provides an electrically conductive coupling between the outer surface and an electrical contact.

A lottery ticket dispenser array includes a plurality of interconnected bins, wherein the bins include a housing having a bottom and an open top. A drawer is slidable into and out of the housing and includes an open top and a ticket compartment configured for receipt of a stack of the interconnected lottery tickets in a laid-down orientation. A component section adjacent in the drawer is configured to automatically dispense the lottery tickets through a dispense slot upon receipt of a dispense command. A ramp is disposed within the ticket compartment and is angled upwards from a floor of the ticket compartment towards the component section. The ramp includes a plurality of raised ridges extending across the ramp and spaced longitudinally apart along the ramp, wherein each ridge defines a retaining edge for progressively longer stacks of interconnected lottery tickets placed within the ticket compartment in the laid-down orientation.
