Electronic Monitoring System Using Push Notifications with Custom Audio Alerts

An electronic monitoring system has one or more imaging devices that can detect a triggering event based on motion and/or sound and that concurrently provide a push notification to a user device with a custom audio alert indicative of the one or more triggering events for quickly identifying the triggering without requiring the remote device to execute a dedicated application program. The custom audio alert portion of the push notification may provide various details of the triggering event, categorized as either a genus level triggering event and/or a species level triggering event, i.e., a subset of the genus level triggering event. The push notification can operate as a custom audio alert and a pop-up message which can be pushed to the device and broadcast or displayed via an operating system of the device.

HYPERLINKED DIGITAL VIDEO ALARM ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT

A digital video alarm electronic document system includes an alarm monitoring server including an alarm monitoring computer having non-transitory memory configured to store machine instructions that are to be executed by the computer. The machine instructions when executed by the computer implement the following function: transmitting an electronic document including a digital video frame associated with a digital video alarm event. The digital video frame is selectable and associated with a digital video clip hyperlink configured to activate when the digital video frame is selected. The digital video clip hyperlink is associated with a digital video clip. The functions also include playing the digital video clip in response to an activation of the digital video clip hyperlink associated with the digital video clips via selection of the digital video frame.

CONFIGURABLE MOTION DETECTION AND ALERTS FOR AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES

Some embodiments provide a method for separating the motion detection zone(s) of an A/V recording and communication device from the motion alert zone(s) of the A/V recording and communication device. For example, an A/V recording and communication device may be configured to generate motion alerts, and to record audio and video footage, when an event is detected within a selected motion alert zone (e.g., within a defined radius around the A/V recording and communication device). However, the A/V recording and communication device may not generate a motion alert for an event detected outside of the selected motion alert zone, even though the device may still record audio and video footage for the detected event (e.g., when the event is within a selected motion detection zone).

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR VIDEO PROCESSING

A method and a system for video processing, including: determining a target bounding box from an image frame in a video; determining a classification result of a subject in the target bounding box by processing the target bounding box using a recognition model; and determining one or more target image frames to be saved in the video based on the classification result.

CAMERA DEVICE FOR THE EXTERIOR REGION OF A BUILDING

A camera system for the exterior region of a building, comprising a camera for producing image data of surroundings of the camera system, comprising a network module for connecting the camera system to a data network, contains an evaluation module configured to carry out the following from a predeterminable start time to an end time: detect a code pattern in the image data, and detect an authorization code and access data for the data network in a detected code pattern, and check a detected authorization code in respect of the validity thereof, and log the camera system onto the data network with the access data in the case of a valid authorization code and setting a successful log on time as end time.

Video processing request system for converting synchronous video processing task requests to asynchronous video processing requests
11258991 · 2022-02-22 · ·

The present application describes a video processing request system that receives video files and synchronous task requests, converts the synchronous task requests into asynchronous task requests, provides the video files to various processing units in response to the conversion, and subsequently provides processed video files back to requesting computing devices in response to the received synchronous task requests.

TASK CIRCUMSTANCE PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD

A task circumstance processing system includes a processor that executes a process. The process includes: referencing a recognition information stored in a memory, the recognition information stores, for each of plural task processes in task definitions defining relationships between the plural task processes, recognition information for recognizing execution of each of the plural task processes, and extracting for each of the task processes a timing where the recognition information is expressed in observation data from observing circumstances of the task; and outputting a result of comparing a relationship between plural task processes that have been executed as identified by the extracted timings, against a relationship between plural task processes defined by the task definitions stored in the memory.

Embodiments of the invention may relate to systems and/or methods for using video surveillance systems to monitor spaces where people tend to gather such as retail stores, theaters, stadiums, or other public gathering places. Furthermore, embodiments may be adapted to discern elements of human behavior in a video feed, and use these behaviors to draw quantitative and/or qualitative conclusions from the video data. Typical conclusions may include overall conversion rates for a store, conversion/close rates of individual salespeople, traffic patterns within a space, peak traffic times, and so on.

SURVEILLANCE METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM

A method for surveillance of a predetermined volume comprising the following steps: a) preparing at least one video camera designed to acquire images of a predetermined volume which is under surveillance; b) defining in the images at least a first predetermined authorised region having a first level of authorisation and at least a second predetermined unauthorised region, c) analysing the images to identify a moving object and to identify at least one position associated with the moving object; d) comparing the position of the moving object identified with the positions of the above-mentioned authorised region and/or unauthorised region; e) making available an alarm indication depending on the results of the comparison.

ACTIVITY ZONES FOR CAMERA VIDEO

Methods and systems are provided for establishing an activity zone within video captured by a camera. A user device may establish an activity zone or an exclusion zone within video representing a physical view captured by the camera. An automatic monitoring system may analyze the video of the camera with respect to the activity zone or exclusion zone and trigger notifications that are associated with a zone so as to limit notifications transmitted to the user device to those notifications that are relevant to the user. With activity or exclusion zones video from a camera may be automatically monitored to reduce a volume of notifications transmitted to the user device.
