A spring disposed around the electrical contacts for allowing the electrical contacts to move bias the horn bar away from the contact bar until pressure is added. A noise making device attached to the horn bar. Horn circuitry configured to activate the noise making device when the at least one electrical contact disposed on the underside of the horn bar comes in contact with the at least one electrical contact disposed along contact bar.
