Dye sublimation fabric separated elements

A laminate that possesses dye sublimation properties, particularly for use as tagless labels and embellishments for garments, apparel, fabric items and so forth such as sportswear fabrics, clothing and accessories is provided. The laminate includes a dye sublimation ink layer that overlies a substrate in which the dye sublimation ink interacts with the substrate's chemical make-up.

Label for marking items

The present invention relates to a label for marking items comprising a carrier material with a top side and a bottom side. The carrier material is printable at least on the top side. Adhesive layers are provided on the bottom side and the top side, wherein at least the adhesive layer provided on the top side can be activated for example by heat.

Activatable adhesive compositions and linerless labels and tapes comprising same

Activatable adhesive compositions are disclosed. The activatable adhesive compositions comprise a two-stage polymer particle, comprising a first stage comprising a hydrophilic acrylic polymer having an acid content of less than 200 mg KOH/g, a second stage polymerized within the first stage and comprising a hydrophobic acrylic polymer, and a tackifier soluble in the first stage and the second stage. Further, linerless labels and tapes comprising activatable adhesive compositions are disclosed. Still further, methods for adhering a first substrate to a second substrate using an activatable adhesive composition are also disclosed.

HYBRID HEAT TRANSFER LABEL ASSEMBLIES

A hybrid heat transfer label assembly and method for producing the label assembly are provided. The label assembly includes a carrier layer, a non-digitally printed protective layer disposed above the carrier layer, a digitally printed layer disposed above the non-digitally printed protective layer, and a non-digitally printed layer disposed above the digitally printed layer. The non-digitally printed protective layer, the digitally printed layer, and the non-digitally printed layer form a label that is configured to separate from the carrier layer and adhere to an article upon application of heat to the carrier layer.

ADHESIVE-FREE LAMINATES AND METHOD FOR MAKING
20220134718 · 2022-05-05 ·

An adhesive-free laminate and a process for producing such a laminate are described herein. The process includes printing an ink on the surface of a first film, exposure of the printed film to UV radiation such that the ink is at least partially cured, attaching the first film to a second film such that the ink is between the first and second film, and exposing the combination of the first film, the ink and the second film to a second UV radiation. It has been found that this process can produce a unique laminate, without the presence of an adhesive.

Dual label combination

A dual label combination is provided. The label combination includes a label substrate, and the label substrate is die cut with at least three separate labels. The label combination also includes a liner substrate attached to a back side of the label substrate. The liner substrate including at least two die cuts with one of the die cuts defining a liner label that corresponds to one of the at least three labels of the label substrate. A back side of the liner substrate includes a coating for imaging on the liner substrate with: inkjet, laser, direct thermal, or thermal transfer printing. The liner label and the corresponding label of the label substrate separable from the label combination by a manufactured pull tab substantially centered at a bottom of a first label of the at least three separate labels of the label substrate.

Environmentally friendly heat transfer label

An environmentally friendly heat transfer label includes a carrier, a graphic layer including at least one ink layer formed from at least one substantially solid ink formulation, and an adhesive layer formed from a substantially solid heat activated adhesive formulation. The heat transfer label is configured to be substantially free of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
