Method for manufacturing substrate gap supporter
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a substrate gap supporter. The method includes: a first step of forming metal foils on both sides of an insulating plate; a second step of etching the metal foils to expose the insulating plate so that a plurality of stripes are arranged on both sides of the insulating plate in parallel at constant intervals, wherein the stripes expose the insulating plate at constant widths; and a third step of cutting in direction in parallel with the stripes and in direction in vertical with the stripes along one edges of the stripes to complete the gap supporter.
Post insulator and insulated support post
Disclosed in the present invention is a post insulator, comprising a hollow insulating tube, a shed positioned on a periphery of the hollow insulating tube, and an upper flange and a lower flange provided at two ends of the hollow insulating tube, wherein gas is sealed inside of the hollow insulating tube, and the absolute pressure of the gas is 0.1-0.15 MPa. Further disclosed is an insulated support post formed by the end-to-end connection of the post insulators. The post insulator and the insulated support post of the present invention solve an interface problem present in internal insulating solid material filling, and also solve a gas leaking problem that occurs when using high-pressure gas filling, such that the post insulator does not need to be detected and maintained. At the same time, the margin of the micro-water control range is improved, and micro-water control and production difficulty is reduced.

Electric Fence Coupler Assembly
An electric fence coupler assembly includes an insulator that may be removably coupled to a fence post. The insulator may engage an electric fence thereby facilitating the electric fence to be retained on the fence post. The insulator is comprised of a resiliently bendable material. Thus, the insulator frictionally engages the fence post thereby facilitating the insulator to be removably retained on the fence post. A pair of clips is coupled to the insulator and each of the clips engages the electric fence.
AN IMPROVED FENCING ELEMENT
This invention relates to a fencing element which includes at least one wire support for a wire, wherein the fencing element includes an elongate body, characterised in that the at least one wire support includes at least one groove and at least one protruding member, wherein a line is defined along the length of the at least one groove, and at least a portion of the protruding member intersects the line. The invention has particular application to the mounting and supporting of fencing wire on the fencing element.
Insulator for a cable rack
An insulator for a bracket arm of a stanchion that supports an electrical or other cable has a combination of tab pairs with lips that grip a flange portion of the arm, to hold the insulator against vertical upward force, a base preferably comprised of special ribbing to carry vertical load, and downwardly extending leg pairs that slidably engage vertical surfaces of the arm, to resist lateral and twisting loads.
