CONTROL MODULAR ASSEMBLY AND SWITCH INCLUDING THE SAME
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control modular assembly (130) for a switch, wherein the control modular assembly comprises: a driving mechanism comprising an output shaft (122); a control unit coupled to the driving mechanism and configured to receive and process a signal for controlling the switch so as to control a movement of the output shaft (122) of the driving mechanism; and an operating member coupled to the output shaft (122); wherein the control modular assembly (130) is detachably coupled to an internal functional assembly (160) of the switch, so that the operating member can be driven by the output shaft (122) to move within a given movement range in response to the signal for controlling the switch, such that the operating state of the switch is controlled by controlling the internal functional assembly (160). Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a switch (300) comprising the control modular assembly (130).

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a control modular assembly (130) for a switch, wherein the control modular assembly comprises: a driving mechanism comprising an output shaft (122); a control unit coupled to the driving mechanism and configured to receive and process a signal for controlling the switch so as to control a movement of the output shaft (122) of the driving mechanism; and an operating member coupled to the output shaft (122); wherein the control modular assembly (130) is detachably coupled to an internal functional assembly (160) of the switch, so that the operating member can be driven by the output shaft (122) to move within a given movement range in response to the signal for controlling the switch, such that the operating state of the switch is controlled by controlling the internal functional assembly (160). Embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a switch (300) comprising the control modular assembly (130).
Push switch
A push switch includes: a hollow housing having an inner circumferential surface formed with a guide part; an operation button formed with a first ratchet tooth; a cam follower including a cam part, and a second ratchet tooth, and being movable up and down in an axial direction and rotatable in a circumferential direction; a first spring; an engagement piece engaged with the cam follower; a movable contact; a metallic contact member rotatable integrally with the cam follower; a fixed terminal including contacts to be switched by rotating the contact member; and a base on which the fixed terminal is fixed. The contact member defines a through hole at a rotation center of the contact member. The base includes a rotation axis part inserted in the through hole and serving as the rotation center of the contact member.
Key stabilizer
A key stabilizer is provided, in which the key stabilizer includes a keycap and a balance bar. The keycap has a bottom surface and two protruding portions disposed thereon. The keycap moves back and forth along a vertical direction between a top position and a bottom position. Each of the two protruding portions has an engaging portion at the end thereof. The bottom surface faces the bottom position, and the two protruding portions are arranged along a horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the vertical direction. The balance bar has a hinge portion and two side portions respectively connected to both ends of the hinge portion. The hinge portion is positioned on a rotation axis parallel to the horizontal direction. The end of each of the two side portions that is away from the hinge portion is inserted into the engaging portion.
KEY STABILIZER
A key stabilizer is provided, in which the key stabilizer includes a keycap and a balance bar. The keycap has a bottom surface and two protruding portions disposed thereon. The keycap moves back and forth along a vertical direction between a top position and a bottom position. Each of the two protruding portions has an engaging portion at the end thereof. The bottom surface faces the bottom position, and the two protruding portions are arranged along a horizontal direction that is perpendicular to the vertical direction. The balance bar has a hinge portion and two side portions respectively connected to both ends of the hinge portion. The hinge portion is positioned on a rotation axis parallel to the horizontal direction. The end of each of the two side portions that is away from the hinge portion is inserted into the engaging portion.
Input apparatus
An input apparatus includes a pressing part, a spacer, a rotating cam, and a sensor. The pressing part is capable of reciprocating along a first direction. The spacer is disposed in the first direction with respect to pressing part and is capable of reciprocating along the first direction with reciprocation of the pressing part. The rotating cam is disposed at a side of the spacer opposite to the pressing part and rotates in a plane perpendicular to the first direction with reciprocation of the spacer. The sensor detects rotation of the rotating cam.
Input apparatus
An input apparatus includes a pressing part, a spacer, a rotating cam, and a sensor. The pressing part is capable of reciprocating along a first direction. The spacer is disposed in the first direction with respect to pressing part and is capable of reciprocating along the first direction with reciprocation of the pressing part. The rotating cam is disposed at a side of the spacer opposite to the pressing part and rotates in a plane perpendicular to the first direction with reciprocation of the spacer. The sensor detects rotation of the rotating cam.
INPUT APPARATUS
An input apparatus includes a pressing part, a spacer, a rotating cam, and a sensor. The pressing part is capable of reciprocating along a first direction. The spacer is disposed in the first direction with respect to pressing part and is capable of reciprocating along the first direction with reciprocation of the pressing part. The rotating cam is disposed at a side of the spacer opposite to the pressing part and rotates in a plane perpendicular to the first direction with reciprocation of the spacer. The sensor detects rotation of the rotating cam.
Switch assembly and method of operating same
A switch assembly and method of operation comprises a housing having top and bottom ends spaced about a longitudinal axis and a selectively movable knob coupled to a plunger arrangement having a shaft that extends from inside the housing to couple to the knob. The switch assembly also comprises a printed circuit board having at least one wiper for engaging a contact extending from the plunger arrangement. A step shaft projects from the shaft of the plunger arrangement such that when a maintained mode of operation is desired by the switch assembly, the step shaft engages a retaining assembly formed by a portion of the housing, and when a momentary mode of operation is desired by the switch assembly the step shaft is positioned such that is free from engaging the retaining assembly.
Switch assembly and method of operating same
A switch assembly and method of operation comprises a housing having top and bottom ends spaced about a longitudinal axis and a selectively movable knob coupled to a plunger arrangement having a shaft that extends from inside the housing to couple to the knob. The switch assembly also comprises a printed circuit board having at least one wiper for engaging a contact extending from the plunger arrangement. A step shaft projects from the shaft of the plunger arrangement such that when a maintained mode of operation is desired by the switch assembly, the step shaft engages a retaining assembly formed by a portion of the housing, and when a momentary mode of operation is desired by the switch assembly the step shaft is positioned such that is free from engaging the retaining assembly.
