TOGGLE SWITCH ACTUATING MECHANISM

A toggle switch comprises a housing, a plurality of switches disposed within the housing, an actuating lever coupled to a pivot pin, and an actuator assembly coupled to the actuating lever. The actuating lever extends into the housing. The actuator assembly comprises an actuation pin coupled to the actuating lever, and a spring disposed about the actuating lever. The actuation pin is configured to actuate one or more of the plurality of switches, and the spring is configured to bias a cam follower into engagement with a cam profile on a bracket and bias the actuating lever into an actuation position.

Switch

A switch includes a fixed contact part including a fixed contact, a movable contact part including a movable contact, a control button, an operation part including a first end and a second end, and a lock. When the first end is pressed, the control button is pressed by the operation part, the movable contact touches the fixed contact, and the switch becomes an ON state. While the movable contact and the fixed contact are in contact with each other, a first protrusion of the lock touches an engaging part of the control button to limit movement of the control button and maintain the ON state. When the second end is pressed, the operation part touches a second protrusion of the lock and moves the lock in such a direction that the first protrusion moves away from the engaging part, and the switch becomes the OFF state.

An electrical switch, including an insulation base, an insulative-and-movable component, at least two output ports, and at least two transmission ports, is provided. The insulative-and-movable component is disposed on the insulation base and is adapted to operate between at least two switch positions relative to the insulation base. The two output ports are disposed on the insulation base. The two transmission ports are disposed on the insulative-and-movable component. When the insulative-and-movable component is located at one of the two switch positions, one of the two output ports is aligned with one of the two transmission ports and other one of the two output ports is misaligned with other one of the two transmission ports.
