The Ohmni-Switch is a system that enables a person to use an existing wall switch/receptacle circuit to control outlets that are not wired in that existing wall switch/receptacle circuit. The transmitter and receiver circuits will be housed in a sealed plastic case. All external surfaces of the devices will not have any contact with the house 120 VAC mains.

DISCONNECTOR DEVICE WITH PASSIVE RADIO DEVICE, GRID PROTECTION SYSTEM HAVING THE DISCONNECTOR DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR INDICATING A STATE OF THE DISCONNECTOR DEVICE

A disconnector device is connectable to pole-mounted equipment in a power grid. The disconnector device is activated in case of an overload condition, thereby disconnecting the pole-mounted equipment. The disconnector device comprises a passive radio device to be enabled via an incoming radio signal. The passive radio device, upon being enabled, transmits, in at least one state of the disconnector device, an indicator radio signal indicative of the respective state of the disconnector device, the state being one of an activated state and a deactivated state of the disconnector device.

Switch

IMPACT INDICATOR
20220128592 · 2022-04-28 ·

An impact indicator includes a housing configured to enable movement of a mass member from a first position to a second position in response to receipt by the housing of an acceleration event. The indicator also includes switch circuitry having a compressible switch element positionable between spaced apart contacts where the switch element is configured to be in spaced apart relationship to the mass member. A passive radio-frequency identification (RFID) module is coupled to the switch circuitry and, responsive to movement of the mass member from the first position to the second position, the mass member causes a positional change of the switch element relative to the first and second contacts, and the positional change causes a state change in the switch circuitry. The RFID module outputs a value based on the state of the switch circuitry when energized.

Control device having an integral reflecting structure for a sensing circuit

A wall-mounted keypad may include a light detector circuit located inside the keypad that is configured to measure an ambient light level in a space. The light detector circuit may receive ambient light through an aperture that is hidden from view by the keypad. The keypad may include a reflector for directing ambient light onto the light detector circuit. The keypad may include an enclosure that houses the light detector circuit. The enclosure may define a recess that exposes at least a portion of the light detector circuit. The enclosure may include a reflector that may focus ambient light received through the aperture onto the light detector circuit. The keypad may include a control circuit that may be configured to illuminate the indicia of respective buttons of the control device in response to actuations of the one or more buttons, in accordance with the measured ambient light level.

Actuator

An actuator (3) for a safety switch (2) with an actuator head (8), said actuator head being mounted to a core body (6) by means of a connection element (7). The actuator head (8) has, at least in parts, a larger cross section than the connection element (7). The connection element (7) is rigid in the axial direction. The actuator head (8) is held in a base position by means of the connecting element (7). In this base position, the longitudinal axis of the connection element (7) runs at an angle of inclination to the surface of the core body (6).
