Semiconductor device
Provided is a semiconductor device capable of detecting an abnormal state in which two fuses are both short-circuited or cut. The semiconductor device includes: a trimming circuit having a first fuse and a second fuse connected in series; a current source circuit configured to supply current to the trimming circuit; and a determination circuit configured to determine whether a connection state or disconnect state of the first fuse and the second fuse are abnormal or not based upon signals derived from an output signal of the trimming circuit.
Fuse having an integrated measuring function, and fuse body
A fuse includes an integrated measuring function. In an embodiment, the fuse includes a fuse housing which in turn has a first receiving space delimited by a pressure body and a second receiving space which is spatially separated from the first receiving space and is delimited by a protective body, the first and second receiving spaces being arranged one behind the other in a direction of longitudinal extent. A fusible conductor is accommodated and mounted in the first receiving space and a measuring device is accommodated and mounted in the second receiving space. The measuring device has a current transformer and an electronic assembly which is electrically conductively connected to the current transformer. The current transformer and the electronic assembly are arranged one behind the other in the direction of longitudinal extent.

Three phase surge protection device
A three phase surge protection device is disclosed. In an embodiment a device include a stack comprising a first varistor, a second varistor and a third varistor, wherein the varistors are electrically connected to form a circuit and a first thermal disconnect configured to interrupt the circuit when a temperature of the first thermal disconnect exceeds a predefined temperature.
ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY COMPRISING BLOWN FUSE INDICATION SYSTEM
An electrical assembly comprising a housing forming a liquid tank inside thereof, dielectric liquid in the liquid tank, at least one fuse. and a blown fuse indication system. Each of the fuses is immersed in the dielectric liquid, and is provided with a striker pin. The blown fuse indication system is adapted to indicate a blowout of any one of the fuses by an indication signal. The blown fuse indication system comprises a first indication member and a second indication member. The first indication member is movable by the striker pins. The second indication member is immovably connected to the housing. and adapted to generate the indication signal as a response to relative movement between the first indication member and the second indication member.
Fusible Link, Circuit Arrangement and Motor Vehicle Comprising Said Circuit Arrangement
Melting fuse with a melting wire arranged between a first and a second terminal, characterized in that a connecting pin is arranged on each of the first and second terminals, a printed circuit board is placed on the connection pin, and at least one integrated circuit is arranged on the printed circuit board on the side facing away from the melting wire.
Circuit interrupters with lockout feature and related methods
Circuit breakers are disclosed that include a housing with a line side and a load side, a printed circuit board in the housing, a movable contact arm with an electrical contact, a stationary line side contact, a primary trip solenoid in the housing coupled to the printed circuit board, an armature in the housing, a bimetal member in the housing adjacent the armature and adjacent the primary trip solenoid; and a lockout assembly in the housing. The lockout assembly includes a rod configured to have a first inactive position and a second lockout position. When in the second position and/or as the rod travels to the second lockout position, the rod directly or indirectly pushes the armature toward the bimetal member to physically lock out the circuit breaker to prevent conduction and separate the line side contact from the movable contact arm electrical contact.
