Securing system for plug connectors

Embodiments of a securing system for plug connectors may have an adapter and a pair of housing parts, each with at least one plug place with a plug place interface for receiving the adapter whose exterior may have an adapter interface for positioning in the plug space. The adapter may have an interior geometry for receiving a plug connector. The exterior of the adapter and the plug place may form a primary securing means for securing the adapter in the respective plug place when the adapter is inserted into a defined plug position to secure the adapter in the plug place. Embodiments may include a secondary securing means, which can be plugged into the housing part up to a defined end position at which the secondary securing device to secure the plug connector in the adapter.

CONNECTOR FOR HIGH-SPEED SIGNAL TRANSMISSION WITH RIGID ALIGNMENT FUNCTION

Proposed is a connector for high-speed signal transmission with a rigid alignment function. The connector allows rigid alignment between pin arrays as a part of the connector moves slightly in the left-right or front-rear direction depending on the degree of engagement between corresponding pins when coupled to a counterpart connector.

Rear-Loaded Terminal Position Assurance Device For Crimped Terminals

An electrical connector assembly includes a housing defining a front opening for receiving a mating connector in a mating direction, an electrical terminal arranged within an interior of the housing, and a terminal position assurance (TPA) device received within a rear opening of the housing in an installation direction. The TPA device includes a body defining a central opening for receiving a cable to be attached to the terminal, and an elastic element defined on a front end of the body. The elastic element includes a contact surface protruding from the front end of the body for engaging with the terminal in an installation direction of the TPA device. The contact surface engages with the terminal before the TPA device reaches an installed position within the housing in the installation direction.

Waterproof and explosion-proof circuit board and electronic valve actuator for flow control applications

A bulkhead passthrough connector containing a printed circuit board (PCB) for transferring electrical signals across a bulkhead to an electronic valve actuator, an electronic valve actuator configured to operate and communicate with a valve using a PCB through a bulkhead, the electronic valve actuator, and a method of assembling a bulkhead passthrough connector incorporating a PCB. The embodiments may include a passthrough partition which separates one side of the bulkhead from another. A PCB retainer may also be secured to the passthrough partition. The PCB is attached to the PCB retainer and extends from one side to another side of the bulkhead through the passthrough partition. The PCB further includes electrical paths printed on the PCB and electrical connectors located on both sides of the bulkhead to enable communication with external devices.

HYBRID CONNECTOR HOUSING, HYBRID CONNECTOR AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY

A connector housing comprises an inner housing including a rear housing, and a first sub housing and a second sub housing each formed integrally with the rear housing. The first sub housing is sized to accommodate a first cable assembly, and includes a rear end connected to a front side of the rear housing. The second sub housing is sized to accommodate a second cable assembly and a third cable assembly. A rear end of the second sub housing is connected to the front side of the rear housing. The first sub housing and the second sub housing are arranged side by side.

A locking connector system for releasably locking a first connector in mechanical engagement with a second connector. The locking connector system generally includes a first connector including a female coupler and a second connector including a male coupler, with the first and second connectors being adapted to mechanically connect to each other. The first connector includes an adjustable latch which selectively engages with a catch portion on the male coupler to lock the connectors together. The latch may be pressed downwardly, such as by use of a connected button, to release the latch from the catch portion and disconnect the connectors. The first connector is adapted to provide audible, visual, and tactile feedback to confirm when the latch engages with the catch portion.
