METHOD, DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING AN ELECTRIC CABLE
The invention relates to a method for producing an electric cable (2), according to which method the electric cable (2) is successively processed in independent processing modules (46, 47, 48). According to the invention, the electric cable (2), a sheath clamp (49) fixed on a cable sheath (18) of the cable (2), and/or a cable carrier (4) associated with the electric cable (2) during the processing thereof is rendered identifiable with an information carrier (9, 10), wherein documentation (13) of the processing of the electric cable (2) for at least one processing process of one of the processing modules (46, 47, 48) is created and associated with the electric cable (2).
VERIFICATION SYSTEM OR VERIFICATION METHOD FOR DETECTING A CONNECTOR POSITION ASSURANCE (CPA) DEVICE'S CLOSURE RELATIVE TO A HOUSING USING A MACHINE OR ELECTRIC/ELECTRONIC SCAN SYSTEM FOR READING OR DETECTING SURFACE SCAN OF A PREDETERMINED WORD OR CHARACTER, AND PORTIONS THEREOF
A verification system or method for detecting whether a CPA device is in a pre-lock position or in a full-lock position relative to the housing based on a scan system’s detection that a portion of a predetermined word or character on the CPA device and another portion of the predetermined word or character are separated from each other or joined together to form the predetermined word or character. The CPA device is fully engaged or in full-lock position or status with the housing when the scan system has recognized or determined that the portion of the predetermined word or character on the CPA device and the another portion of the predetermined word or character on the housing within a scan window are joined together to form the complete or full predetermined word or character.
VERIFICATION SYSTEM OR VERIFICATION METHOD FOR DETECTING A CONNECTOR POSITION ASSURANCE (CPA) DEVICE'S CLOSURE RELATIVE TO A HOUSING USING A MACHINE OR ELECTRIC/ELECTRONIC SCAN SYSTEM FOR READING OR DETECTING SURFACE SCAN OF SIZE OR SHAPE
A verification system for detecting a connector position assurance (CPA) device's closure relative to a corresponding housing, The verification system includes a connector position assurance (CPA) device having a first visible or visual surface; a housing having a second visible or visual surface; and a scan system that scans the first visible or visual surface of said CPA device and said second visible or visual surface of the housing. The the scan system detects whether the CPA device is in full-lock position relative to the housing depending on whether the scan system detects whether the first and second visible or visual surfaces are separated from each other or joined together. Also, a verification method for detecting a CPA device's closure relative to the housing, which includes a step of detecting whether the CPA device is in a pre-lock position or in a full-lock position relative to the housing based on whether the scan system detects whether the first and second visible or visual surfaces are separated from each other or joined together. The scan system or scanning step also detects whether the CPA device is in a pre-lock position or in a full-lock position relative to the housing based on whether the scan system or scanning step detects that a predetermined percentage of a predetermined size or shape has been formed by at least one of a first medium on the CPA device and a second medium on the housing is within a scan window.
VERIFICATION SYSTEM OR VERIFICATION METHOD FOR DETECTING A CONNECTOR POSITION ASSURANCE (CPA) DEVICE'S CLOSURE RELATIVE TO A HOUSING USING A MACHINE OR ELECTRIC/ELECTRONIC SCAN SYSTEM FOR READING OR DETECTING SURFACE SCAN OF A PREDETERMINED BARCODE OR QR CODE, AND PORTIONS THEREOF
A verification system or method for detecting whether a CPA device is in a pre-lock position or in a full-lock position relative to the housing based on a scan system's detection that a portion of a predetermined barcode or QR code on the CPA device and another portion of the predetermined barcode or QR code are separated from each other or joined together to form the predetermined barcode or QR code. The CPA device is fully engaged or in full-lock position or status with the housing when the scan system has recognized or determined that the portion of the predetermined barcode or QR code on the CPA device and the another portion of the predetermined barcode or QR code on the housing within a scan window are joined together to form the complete or full predetermined barcode or QR code.
Implantable Medical Device for Stimulating the His Bundle of a Human or Animal Heart Employing an Adapted Impedance Measurement
An implantable medical device for stimulating a human/animal heart, comprising a housing, a processor, a memory unit, a stimulation unit configured to stimulate the His bundle, and a detection unit configured to detect an electrical signal at the His bundle. The device performs: a) stimulating the His bundle with a stimulation pulse delivered by the stimulation unit; b) measuring an electric signal at the His bundle with the detection unit upon termination of a first period of time starting upon delivering of the stimulation pulse, wherein the first period of time is from 35 ms to 500 ms; c) measuring an impedance of the same heart with the detection unit upon termination of a second period of time starting upon delivering of the stimulation pulse, wherein the second period of time is equal to or longer than the first period of time and is from 50 ms to 500 ms.
Method of configuring a modular two-prong polarized electrical plug
Modular two-prong polarized electrical plugs and plug adaptors provided with indicia modules that can be inserted into recesses on the plug housings and adaptor bodies. The indicia modules include indicia elements. By inserting the indicia modules on the proper sides of the plug housings or adaptor bodies, the tops of the plugs and adaptors can be readily identified for purposes of verifying the orientation of the plugs and plug adaptors when and after plugging them into electrical outlets.
Connector assembly including a connector and a mating connector lockably engageable with each other
A connector assembly comprises a connector and a mating connector. The mating connector comprises a mating housing. The mating housing is formed with a release projection. The connector comprises a first housing and a second housing. The first housing is provided with a stopper. The second housing is provided with a stopped portion. One of the first housing and the second housing is provided with a second support portion which supports a supported portion. When the second housing is installed to the first housing, the stopped portion is brought into abutment with the stopper, and a movement of the second housing is regulated by the stopper. When the thus-regulated second housing is received into the mating housing together with the first housing, one of the second support portion and the supported portion is brought into abutment with the release projection so that the regulation of the second housing is released.
