CONNECTOR
It is aimed to provide a connector capable of stably holding terminal fittings in a housing. A connector is provided with a housing and terminal fittings to be held in the housing. The housing includes a plurality of holes arranged in a lateral direction, the terminal fittings being arranged inside the holes, an upper wall surface and a lower wall surface constituting upper and lower regions above and below the plurality of holes arranged in the lateral direction on a rear surface of the housing, and interpolar walls partitioning between the holes adjacent in the lateral direction. Rear surfaces of the interpolar walls are located forward of the upper wall surface and the lower wall surface. The housing includes recesses, the rear surfaces of the interpolar walls serving as back surfaces of the recesses.

CONNECTOR
A cover has a back wall facing the rear surface of a housing and a pair of facing walls projecting from the back wall and to be held on the housing. A lever is arranged rotatably along the outer surface of either one of the pair of facing walls. The pair of facing walls include, on outer surface sides, movement restricting portions arcuately extending in a rotating direction of the lever and capable of abutting on a surface of a detecting member on a detection position side before the housing and a mating housing are properly connected. The respective movement restricting portions on the outer surface sides of the both facing walls are point-symmetrically shaped with respect to a center position of the cover when the cover is viewed from behind.

Connector
A connector comprises a housing including an upper casing defining an aperture through which a wire is adapted to extend, and a lower casing defining a chamber receiving the upper casing. The chamber defines an opening that opens toward the upper casing. The upper casing is movable relative to the lower casing upon the exerting of a force on the upper casing such that the aperture and the opening at least partially overlap. A conductive terminal is disposed in the chamber of the lower casing and is adapted to tear an outer insulation of the wire arranged within the chamber to electrically connect to a conductor of the wire as the upper casing is moved toward the lower casing.

Plug retention system
Retention assemblies for retaining a first end of an electrical cord in engagement with an electrical outlet are described that include an adapter with a housing having a cylindrical plug portion and retention members that extend radially outwardly from the cylindrical plug portion of the housing to engage a sidewall of the electrical outlet and cause the adapter to resist removal from the electrical outlet. The retention assemblies further include a retention housing that is configured to couple to the adapter, where the retention housing includes one or more walls that define a back opening, a front opening, and an interior sized to receive the first end of the electrical cord. The front opening includes a portion having a dimension smaller than a dimension of the first end to thereby retain the first end within the retention housing.
SHEATHED WIRE HARNESS
A sheathed wire harness includes connectors to be fitted to counterpart connectors, electric wires connected to the connectors, and a fibrous resin cloth that is connected to the electric wires and surrounds the electric wires. The resin cloth includes a cover portion that can be moved to a closed position in which portions of the electric wires near the connectors are covered, and moved to an open position in which the portions of the electric wires near the connectors are exposed.
