ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector includes a male connector and a female connector. The male connector has a housing, a first tubular conductor, a second tubular conductor, and an inner conductor. The first tubular conductor is carried by the housing and has an exposed first cylindrical contact surface. The second tubular conductor has an exposed second cylindrical contact surface of a smaller diameter than the first cylindrical contact surface. The inner conductor has an exposed contact surface that has a smaller diameter than the second cylindrical contact surface. The female connector has a non-conductive female connector housing and three electrical contacts carried by the female connector housing. Each of the three electrical contacts electrically connect, with the male connector engaged with the female connector, to a respective one of the contact surfaces of the male connector.

CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY WITH HOUSING PANEL POSITIONING AND PLUG CONNECTOR THEREOF
A connector assembly with housing panel positioning and plug connector thereof is disclosed. The connector assembly includes a fixing block and a socket connector positioned on two opposite sides of a housing panel, and a plug connector installed in the fixing block and electrically connected to the socket connector. Through the action of rotation and pushing, the plug connector is combined with the positioning column of the fixing block on the housing panel, and the plug head of the plug connector is electrically connected to the socket connector.
Compact multi-line connector
A multi-line electrical assembly that includes a multi-line cable (14), including a multiplicity of insulated conductive wires (59); and a multi-line electrical plug (16), physically connected to the cable. The plug has a housing (56) and a plurality of spaced-apart printed circuit hoards (PCBs, 48), housed in the housing and having a first end (47) that is connected to the cable and having a second end (46), separated from the first end. Further, the PCBs bear a plurality of conductive traces (50), at least some of the traces being electrically connected to the wires proximal to the first end. The traces terminate proximal to the second end.
Purpose built cable connector
A cable connector including a housing with a main body having a front face opposite a rear face and pin holes formed through the main body extending between the front face and the rear face, a first arm and second arm extending from the main body distal from the rear face; a cover removably coupled to the front face, the cover including receivers configured to align with the pin holes to receive either a pin or a socket connected at a terminal end of a wire; fasteners removably coupled to the cover and the housing; at least one guide post extending from an outer surface of the cover; a collar supported between the first arm and the second arm; and a predetermined pattern of the wire coupled to at least one of the pin and the socket, wherein either the pin or the socket are insertable in the pin hole.
Battery connector for series connection of batteries and battery pack including the same
A battery connector including a conductive plate configured to contact a first battery and a second battery so as to electrically connect the first battery and the second battery to each other, an upper fixer configured to be coupled the first battery, and a lower fixer configured to be coupled to the second battery.

PANEL MOUNTED CHARGING SYSTEMS WITH INTERCHANGEABLE MODULES
Removable modules configured to charge a device with a power connector configured to operate at specified power parameters. The removable module removably and electrically couples to a base module mounted to a panel and in electrical communication with a power supply. The removable module includes an electronics system and a power receptacle. The electronics system converts a supply current from the removable module to an output current matching the specified power parameters of the power connector. The power receptacle is complementarily configured with the power connector to electrically couple with the power connector. In some examples, the removable module is part of a set of removable modules to charge different devices with different power connectors and/or different specified power parameters.
Plug assembly for data cables
A plug arrangement for use with cables (K) having cable plugs (S) comprises a housing (1) for receiving the cable plug (S), a clamping element (5) encompassing the cable (K) and accommodated in the housing (1), which clamping element (5) clamps, in a compressed state, the cable (K), and a clamping sleeve (3) for establishing a threaded connection with the housing (1). When the threaded connection is tightened, the clamping element (5) is braced in the housing (1) and the cable (K) is clamped in the clamping element (5). The front end of the clamping element (5) facing the cable plug (S) is configured for receiving and positioning the cable plug (S) in a predetermined position at the front end of the clamping element (5) or is provided with at least one stop for the cable plug (S). Thus, when the threaded connection is tightened, the cable plug (S) is also positioned with respect to the housing (1) and the clamping element (5) so as not to rotate and fixed.
Pin and sleeve device with features to facilitate easier assembly
An electrical pin and sleeve device is disclosed. The pin and sleeve device incorporating one or more features to facilitate easier assembly. For example, the pin and sleeve device may include an interrupted thread or a multi-start thread for coupling a first or main housing portion to a second or front housing portion of the device. In this manner, the outer housing can be assembled together with minimal number of turns to facilitate easier and faster assembly. Additionally, and/or alternatively, the front housing portion and the main housing portion may include a key such as, for example, a releasable lock (e.g., a spring plunger assembly) for indexing/indicating the proper rotational position of the front housing relative to the main housing to limit or prevent over-rotation. Additionally, and/or alternatively, a hollow O-ring may be positioned between the first and second housing portions.
