Electrical Connector
An electrical connector comprises a housing and a contact held by the housing. The housing has a hood including a receiving space for receiving a mating connector and a pair of first inner surfaces extending along a vertical direction. The first inner surfaces face the receiving space and are disposed at a first interval in a horizontal direction. Each of the first inner surfaces includes a first inclined surface extending a predetermined distance from a front end of the hood in a mating direction toward an opposite rear end of the hood.
Energy storage/delivery device mounting plate
A system and apparatus for energy storage/delivery device mounting. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a mounting plate comprising (i) a plurality of plate mounting features for securing the mounting plate to at least one structure; (ii) a plurality of spatial alignment features for spatially aligning the mounting plate with a second mounting plate; and (iii) at least one energy storage/delivery device mounting feature for mating with a corresponding feature of the energy storage/delivery device to removably mount the energy storage/delivery device on the mounting plate.
Power and/or data connectivity track system
A track section for a track system is provided that includes an enclosed channel and first and second lateral members. The enclosed channel is defined by a base wall, a cover wall, and first and second lateral side walls, and has an interior cavity. The first and second lateral side walls are disposed on opposite sides of the enclosed channel. The base wall and the cover wall are spaced apart from one another and extend between the first and second lateral side walls. The first lateral member extends outward from the first lateral side wall and the second lateral member extends outward from the second lateral side wall. Each has a ramp flange channel. The track section is a unitary structure with the first and second lateral members being integral with the enclosed channel and has a length between first and second lengthwise ends.
Support frame for structured cabling system
A support frame (10) for a cabling trunk assembly (1) is disclosed. In one embodiment, the support frame (10) has a main body (11) defining a mounting surface (41), and a first extension leg (50) extending along a first side edge (42) of the main body (11) and away from the mounting surface (41). Similarly, the support frame (10) can be provided with a second extension leg (52) that extends along a second side edge (44) of the main body (11) and away from the mounting surface (41). The extension legs (50, 52) may be provided with tabs (54, 56) to provide a secure connection with receiving grooves (28, 29) on a channel (12) of the cabling trunk assembly (1). The extension legs (50, 52) may also be configured to provide a snap-fit connection with the receiving grooves (28, 29).
Prefabricated Electrical Modules and System with Fabrication and Construction Methods
Prefabricated electrical modules and system along with fabrication and construction methods are provided. The prefabricated electrical system includes multiple framed, prefabricated electrical modules of one or more types. The prefabricated electrical module disclosed may comprise one or more of a main service electrical module, a low-voltage module, a switch component module, and a receptacle component module. The casing of the interior components of the modules is weatherproofed and/or weatherized. Each of the modules includes a module exterior frame that accommodates the specialized elements of that particular module. Methods for fabrication of the modules are disclosed. Construction methods for installing the assemblies are also disclosed.
Conduit
Disclosed herein is a conduit for electrical cables. The conduit comprises a cover operable to expose an inside of the conduit, and pathways for the electrical cables. The conduit is adapted to be attached to an exterior surface of a RV, with apertures via which the electrical cables can pass into and out from an interior of the RV being accessible from within the conduit.
CABLE CHANNEL ADAPTER AND CABLE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
The invention relates to an adapter (101) used in a cable raceway (303), the adapter comprising: a main housing; at least one first connection part (103) disposed on the main housing for connecting the adapter (101) to the cable raceway (303); at least one second connection part (102) disposed on the main housing for connecting at least one distribution module (201) to the adapter (101); and at least one distribution modules (201) for connecting with cables in the adapter and introducing patch cords.
CONTROLLER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A controller (1) includes a primary molded portion (11) in which a resin molded body (10) is integrated with a bus bar (100) using a resin, causing one end of the bus bar (100) to function as a connector terminal which protrudes into connector portions (13) to (15), and configured to form electronic component disposition portions (16a) to (16d) in which an electronic component (40) is disposed and a power device disposition portion (17) in which a power device (50) is disposed, and a secondary molded portion (21) integrated with the electronic component (40), the power device (50), and the primary molded portion (11) in a state in which the electronic component (40) is disposed at the electronic component disposition portions (16a) to (16d) and the power device (50) is disposed at the power device disposition portion (17).
Quick-connector conversion system for safety controller
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a quick-connector conversion system having a front cover and a rear module. In an illustrative example, the front cover includes apertures from which a plurality of connector ports extend through. Each connector port of the plurality of connector ports is in electrical communication with a first communication module. A rear module includes a second communication module electrically connected to a plurality of input/output (I/O) terminals such that when the front cover aligns with the rear module, the first communication module pluggably connects to the second communication module. When the first communication module and the second communication module are pluggably connected, the plurality of connector ports electrically connects to the plurality of the I/O terminals.
Mounting bracket for electrical boxes
A bracket system for mounting an electrical box and other components can include a mounting bracket configured to be removably secured to a support bar or a threaded rod. The mounting bracket can include a plurality of spring arms that can be manually moved towards each other to insert locking profiles of the spring arms into one or more mounting openings of the electrical box. Once the locking profiles are inserted, the spring arms can be released so that they spring resiliently apart from each other and secure the locking profiles against removal from mounting openings.
