WINCH INCLUDING A MOTOR MOUNTED CONTACTOR

Methods and systems are provided for a winch including a motor and a contactor assembly coupled around the motor. In one example, the contactor assembly is coupled around and in face-sharing contact with a portion of an outer surface of the motor. Additionally, the contactor assembly may include two or more coils spaced apart from one another within the contactor assembly.

MOTOR

This motor includes a yoke housing, a brush holder, a housing case and a circuit board. The brush holder holds a power supply brush and power supply terminals. The housing case has a board containing recess into which front end portions of the power supply terminals are inserted. The circuit board has terminals which are electrically connected to the power supply terminals within the board containing recess. The power supply terminals have terminal connection parts which linearly extend and are arranged in the board containing recess. The terminals are fork terminals which are electrically connected to the terminal connection parts. With respect to the terminal connection parts, portions closer to the base ends than terminal connected positions, where the terminals are connected, are covered by noise reduction member for reducing noise.

Power tool

An oscillating power tool, including: a housing; an output shaft for installing a working head, the output shaft being installed in the housing and extending out of the housing; a transmission mechanism, installed in the housing, and the transmission mechanism being connected to the output shaft; and a motor, installed in the housing, the motor being connected to the transmission mechanism and driving the transmission mechanism to drive the output shaft to move, where an outer diameter of the motor is in a range of 40 mm to 50 mm.

DRIVER CABINET STRUCTURE

The present invention discloses a driver cabinet structure, including an upper driver cabinet, a lower driver cabinet, a motor front-end cover and a motor brush rack plate, wherein the motor front-end cover is disposed on the lower driver cabinet; the motor front-end cover is provided with the motor brush rack plate thereon and screw holes on a lateral surface; the motor brush rack plate is provided with brush holders thereon and a through hole in the center; front and rear ends of each of the brush holders are both open and intercommunicated; a limit step is disposed in the through hole; lug bosses are disposed on the limit step; and the lower driver cabinet, the motor front-end cover, the motor brush rack plate and the brush holders are integrally formed. According to the driver cabinet structure provided by the present invention, the coupling precision and product consistency of the driver cabinet are improved, the assembly procedures are reduced, and the cost is saved; the two ends of each of the brush holders are open and in assembly, a rotor is pressed in first and then a carbon brush is assembled, thus preventing the damage of the carbon brush; the provided screw holes are coupled with screws to reinforce a rotor bearing, so that the bearing is prevented from axially moving; and with a damping member, the self-locking function of a driver is improved, and thus the problems of high cost and easy damage of an existing steep-lead driver having the self-locking function are solved.
