Data is received that comprises a full model for a physical object having a rotating part and a stationary part. The physical object includes fields coupled between the rotating part and the stationary part. A mesh is then generated for a portion of the physical object that includes a rotating mesh and a stationary mesh. Thereafter, a partial simulation model is created based on the full model and the mesh. Coupling relationships are established for the fields between the rotating mesh and the stationary mesh in the partial simulation model. The fields are then solved based on the coupling relationship of the partial simulation model. Thereafter, fields of the full model can be recovered based on the solved fields. Related apparatus, systems, techniques and articles are also described.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING FLUX REGULATION IN ELECTRIC MOTORS
20180006591 · 2018-01-04 · ·

A system and method for dynamically optimizing flux levels in electric motors based on estimated torque. Motor parameters and motor equations are used to estimate operating characteristics and to set current and voltage limits which define an optimal flux operating range for a given speed and torque of the motor. A slope of a linear flux gain is determined within the defined operating range at different speeds of the motor. The determined slopes for the different speeds are saved in a memory element. A control element determines and achieves an optimal flux level for the motor by accessing the table to identify a specific slope which corresponds to an actual speed of the motor, multiplying the slope by the estimated torque and adding an offset value to determine a phase current component value associated with the optimal flux level, and applying the determined phase current component value to the motor.

Output inductance value controlling method, apparatus, and computer device for multi-tap reactor

An output inductance value controlling method, apparatus, and computer device for a multi-tap reactor. A single output port of the multi-tap reactor is correspondingly connected to a single relay, and each relay is connected to a general power supply of all air conditioner internal units. When in use, an air conditioning system acquires a motor speed and a phase current of each air conditioner internal unit separately, and then calculates a sum of motor powers of all the air conditioner internal units according to the motor speeds and the phase currents. The system matches a basic inductance value required by the air conditioner internal units according to the sum of motor powers, sets a current output inductance value of the multi-tap reactor according to the basic inductance value, and inputs the output inductance value into the corresponding air conditioner internal units.
