An electric working machine in one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a motor; a driver to drive the motor; a first control circuit; and a second control circuit. The first control circuit controls the driver such that the motor rotates in a set rotation direction. The second control circuit is provided separately from the first control circuit. The second control circuit detects a rotation direction of the motor and performs an abnormality handling process to stop rotation of the motor in response to a situation where the detected rotation direction is reverse to the set rotation direction.

The invention relates to a method for calibrating the control of an electrical machine, comprising the steps of: applying at least one electrical test signal having a specified direction in a d-q coordinate system to the electrical machine; measuring the change in the rotor angle of a rotor of the electrical machine according to the applied at least one electrical test signal; and calibrating the control of the electrical machine, the control being carried out using the d-q coordinate system, and the orientation of the d-q coordinate system being determined on the basis of the measured change in the rotor angle of the rotor of the electrical machine.

CONTROL ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN OPERATION OF AN ELECTRIC DEVICE

A control assembly for controlling a speed or torque of operation of an electric device includes a control assembly housing, a magnetic sensor, a magnetic element; and an actuator. The actuator moves relative to the control assembly and, responsive to that movement, the magnetic sensor and magnetic element are moved relative to each other between a first position and a second position so that the magnetic sensor senses a first magnetic field reading when in the first position and senses a second magnetic field reading when in the second position. A control module is operably connected to the magnetic sensor and configured for controlling the electric device, and a magnetic shielding element is positioned within the control assembly housing to alleviate a magnetic signal source external to the control assembly from interfering with the sensing by the magnetic sensor.

CONTROL DEVICE, CONVEYANCE DEVICE, ELECTRIC CYLINDER, AND STORAGE MEDIUM

A control device includes first and second input terminals to which a DC voltage for driving a motor is input, and a control unit. The control unit sets a rotation direction of the motor based on first input to the first input terminal or the second input terminal. A rotation speed of the motor is changed based on a subsequence input of the DC voltage.
