Provided is a drive control device including: a first output node coupled to a gate node of a high-side transistor; a second output node coupled to a drive node; a first transistor provided between a first power supply node and the first output node; and a current limiting circuit and a second transistor provided in series between the first output node and the second output node, in which the current limiting circuit limits a current from the drive node toward the first output node to a predetermined value. The current limiting circuit is, for example, a transistor having a direction opposite to that of the second transistor.

A radio frequency (RF) device and its voltage generating circuit are provided. The RF device includes the voltage generating circuit and a RF circuit. The voltage generating circuit receives a RF signal and generates at least one bias voltage related to the RF signal. The RF circuit is used to receive the RF signal. The RF circuit is coupled to the voltage generating circuit to receive the bias voltage. The bias voltage is used to operate the conduction state of at least one RF transmission path of the RF circuit.

A multiway switch, a radio frequency system, and a wireless communication device are provided. The multiway switch includes five throw (T) ports and four pole (P) ports. The five T ports include one first T port coupled with all of the four P ports. The multiway switch is configured to be coupled with a radio frequency circuit and an antenna system of an electronic device operable in a dual-frequency single-transmit mode, to enable a preset function of the electronic device, the antenna system includes four antennas corresponding to the four P ports, and the preset function is a function of transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) through the four antennas in turn.

A power supply device includes a power output terminal, a power converter and an electronic circuit breaker. In view of operation of the electronic circuit breaker, when an electric appliance that acts as a load is connected between the power output terminal and a ground terminal, the electronic circuit breaker is activated to output voltage from the power converter to the power output terminal so as to charge the electric appliance. When the electric appliance is done with charging and is removed, the electronic circuit breaker is deactivated to prevent voltage of the power converter from being outputted to the power output terminal. Thus, even if the power output terminal is exposed, the power output terminal won't output power to result in electric shock because of users' inadvertent contact when no electric appliance is being charged, thereby enhancing operational safety.

A multiplexer, and demultiplexer including such a transmission unit is also provided herein.

Structures and operations of integrated circuits having network of configurable switches

Embodiments herein may present an integrated circuit including a switch, where the switch together with other switches forms a network of switches to perform a sequence of operations according to a structure of a collective tree. The switch includes a first number of input ports, a second number of output ports, a configurable crossbar to selectively couple the first number of input ports to the second number of output ports, and a computation engine coupled to the first number of input ports, the second number of output ports, and the crossbar. The computation engine of the switch performs an operation corresponding to an operation represented by a node of the collective tree. The switch further includes one or more registers to selectively configure the first number of input ports and the configurable crossbar. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

Apparatus and techniques for an integrated circuit (IC) package to automatically detect, through an input/out pin, external component parameters and parasitics. An example IC package generally includes a pin for coupling to a component external to the IC package, and at least one of a resistance detector, an inductance detector, or a capacitance detector coupled to the pin, and configured to detect at least one of a resistance, an inductance, or a capacitance, respectively, of a lumped parameter model for the component external to the IC package. The resistance detector, inductance detector, or capacitance detector may also be configured to detect parasitics associated with at least one of the component, the pin, or a connection between the component and the pin.
