Apparatus and method for digital-to-time converter spur dithering

Apparatus and methods for disrupting or preventing periodicity in DTC circuits are provided. In an example, a communication circuit can include a digital-to-time converter (DTC) and a processing path coupled to the DTC. The DTC can be configured to receive reference information, modulation information and first dither information, and to provide a modulated signal using the reference information, the modulation information and the first dither information. The processing path can be configured to receive second dither information and to cancel the first dither information using the second dither information, wherein the DTC is configured to disrupt processing periodicity of the communication circuit using the first dither information.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MITIGATING RADIO INTERFERENCE

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining that interference associated with a signal exceeds a threshold, determining at least one operating parameter associated with a user equipment to modify responsive to the determining that the interference exceeds the threshold, wherein the at least one operating parameter includes a frequency band that the user equipment uses to communicate or a clock signal frequency range of a clock of the user equipment, and transmitting a notification to the user equipment, wherein the notification includes an indication of the at least one operating parameter. Other embodiments are disclosed.

The substrate has a ground component, the signal processor being disposed on the substrate. The conductive housing is connected to a first site of the ground component and to a second site that is different from the first site. The first site and the second site being disposed at positions where a first area of the housing in which an impedance is higher than a first threshold due to the first site overlaps at least part of a second area of the housing in which an impedance is lower than a second threshold due to the second site.

The substrate has a ground component, the signal processor being disposed on the substrate. The conductive housing is connected to a first site of the ground component and to a second site that is different from the first site. The first site and the second site being disposed at positions where a first area of the housing in which an impedance is higher than a first threshold due to the first site overlaps at least part of a second area of the housing in which an impedance is lower than a second threshold due to the second site.

A method and apparatus capable of adjusting a signal level in a wireless communication system are provided. An electronic device includes an oscillator configured to output a local oscillator (LO) signal, a mixer configured to convert a frequency band of a first signal based on the LO signal and output a third signal, and a feedback circuit configured to output a feedback signal for adjusting a magnitude of the LO signal, wherein the mixer is further configured to adjust a magnitude of LO signal based on the feedback signal.

Circuitry for any of a transceiver, a transmitter, and a receiver, has radio frequency (RF) circuitry, digital circuitry, a carrier signal generator to provide a carrier signal to the RF circuitry and a clock generator for generating a digital clock for clocking at least some of the digital circuitry. The RF circuitry is susceptible to interference from harmonics of the clocking, and the clock generator derives a frequency of the digital clock based on a frequency divided down from a frequency of the carrier signal so that the interference to the RF circuitry occurs at frequencies which are harmonics of the carrier signal.

The present disclosure provides apparatuses, systems, methods, and machine readable storage medium for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission between a user equipment (UE) and a base station, based on a robust codebook. In an embodiment, a UE, including circuitry operable to: report a UE capability of the UE to a base station, wherein the UE capability comprises a number of phase tracking reference signal (PT-RS) antenna ports (N.sub.PT-RS) supported by the UE; decode control signaling received from the base station, wherein the control signaling comprises at least one parameter to indicate a precoder selected from a codebook based on at least the N.sub.PT-RS; and perform physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission according to the indicated precoder; wherein the codebook is predefined or configured based on different numbers of PT-RS antenna ports and different waveforms, in the UE and the base station.
