Transaction-enabled systems and methods for royalty apportionment and stacking
Transaction-enabled systems and methods for royalty apportionment and stacking are disclosed. An example system may include a plurality of royalty generating elements (a royalty stack) each related to a corresponding one or more of a plurality of intellectual property (IP) assets (an aggregate stack of IP). The system may further include a royalty apportionment wrapper to interpret IP licensing terms and apportion royalties to a plurality of owning entities corresponding to the aggregate stack of IP in response to the IP licensing terms and a smart contract wrapper. The smart contract wrapper is configured to access a distributed ledger, interpret an IP description value and IP addition request, to add an IP asset to the aggregate stack of IP, and to adjust the royalty stack.
GATEWAY NODE, USER EQUIPMENT AND METHODS THEREIN FOR HANDLING RULES AND POLICIES IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
A method performed by a gateway node for handling application data traffic of a session between a UE and an application server in a wireless communications network is provided. Upon establishing the session, the gateway node obtains from a policy node, an identity identifying one or more rules provisioned for the UE. The identity is associated with the session and with a UP based API to be used for the session. The gateway node receives through the UP based API, a message from the UE. The message comprises the identity and a flow identifier identifying the application data traffic related to the identity. The message requests the one or more rules to be enforced by the gateway node. Upon detecting application data traffic associated with the flow identifier, the gateway node enforces the one or more rules, according to the obtained identity, for the detected application data traffic between the UE and the application server.
NUISANCE CALL COUNTERMEASURE APPARATUS, METHOD AND PROGRAM
A spam call prevention apparatus 11 includes: a response unit 111 configured to convey, to a phone terminal of a sender of a call, a response that, in a case where the call from the sender is evaluated as a spam or a fraud by a receiver of the call, the sender is billed a sum of money corresponding to a probability of being evaluated as the spam or the fraud; a notification unit 112 configured to notify, when the sender has requested, in responding to the response, the call to the receiver, a phone terminal of the receiver of a request for returning an evaluation result of evaluating the call from the sender after the call between the sender and the receiver has ended; and a determination unit 114 configured to determine, when the call from the sender has been evaluated as the spam or the fraud in the evaluation result, the sum of money corresponding to the probability of being evaluated as the spam or the fraud, as a sum of billing.
Information processing system, information processing apparatus including circuitry to store position information of users present in a space and control environment effect production, information processing method, and room
An information processing system includes: an image display apparatus provided in a space and configured to display an image; a sensor apparatus carried by a user who is present in the space and configured to output a signal for detecting position information of the user in the space; and an information processing apparatus. The information processing apparatus includes circuitry configured to store a plurality of pieces of position information of a plurality of users including the user, who are in present in the space, in association with the plurality of users, the plurality of users being detected based on signals output from a plurality of sensor apparatuses including the sensor apparatus, and control environment effect production that supports communication between the plurality of users by the image displayed by the image display apparatus, based on each of the plurality of pieces of position information of the plurality of users.
Transaction-enabling systems and methods for customer notification regarding facility provisioning and allocation of resources
The present disclosure describes transaction-enabling systems and methods. A system can include a facility including a core task including a customer relevant output and a controller. The controller may include a facility description circuit to interpret a plurality of historical facility parameter values and corresponding facility outcome values and a facility prediction circuit to operate an adaptive learning system, wherein the adaptive learning system is configured to train a facility production predictor in response to the historical facility parameter values and the corresponding outcome values. The facility description circuit also interprets a plurality of present state facility parameter values, wherein the trained facility production predictor determines a customer contact indicator in response to the plurality of present state facility parameter values and a customer notification circuit provides a notification to a customer in response.
Tracking QoS violated events
A method in a network node comprises: detecting a Quality of Service (QoS) Violated Event in respect of a particular QoS flow of a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session; and sending a corresponding QoS violated event report to any one or more of: a Session Management Function (SMF) of the network; a Policy Control Function (PCF) of the network; an Application Function (AF) of the network; and a third party service provider.

METHOD, COMPUTER PROGRAM, AND ALGORITHM FOR COMPUTING NETWORK SERVICE VALUE PRICING BASED ON COMMUNICATION SERVICE EXPERIENCES DELIVERED TO CONSUMERS AND MERCHANTS OVER A SMART MULTI-SERVICES (SMS) COMMUNICATION NETWORK
A system and method for providing multi-services within a communication network according to various exemplary embodiments can include storing, in a database of a computer, user-defined sets of rules and instructions for providing multi-services to end user devices connected to a communication network comprising a Hybrid Fiber-Wireless (HFW) network having policy management capabilities. The system and method can receive, at one or more processors, the user-defined sets of rules and instructions from a plurality of end users via a plurality of end user devices. The system and method can configure a virtual network for each end user within the communication network using the policy management capabilities based on the user-defined sets of rules and instructions provided by each end user. The user-defined sets of rules and instructions define provisioning and delivery of resources and services provided by the communication network to the end user.

VOLUME-BASED ONLINE CHARGING IN HYBRID NETWORKS
A method for enabling a charging of packet switched data transfer between an authorized customer and a network. The method includes transferring a total data volume via at least a first data path and a second data path between an equipment related to the authorized customer and a hybrid access aggregation point (HAAP) as an access to the network. Each of the at least a first data path and a second data bath use a different access technology for transferring its respective part of the total data volume. The total data volume is determined as a sum of the respective parts of the total data volume transferred in both the first path and the second path. The total data volume is used by a central charging unit for a charging.
