CALL ROUTING WHILE ROAMING ON A 5G WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK
Disclosed is a system and method to route a call from a roaming UE on a 5G network. The system receives from a UE belonging to a home network an indication of a call to a dialed number. The call requires information associated with the UE that is not available to the first wireless telecommunication network, because the UE is roaming on a visitor network. The indication of the call includes a unique identifier of the visitor network. The system can determine based on the unique identifier that the UE is roaming and send a request to the visitor network to provide instructions on how to route the received call. Upon obtaining the instructions on how to route the received call, the system routes the received call.
Method, apparatus, and system for allocating phone number
A method, an apparatus and a system for allocating a phone number are disclosed. the method includes: receiving, by an SIP server, an automatic number negotiation request packet sent by an IP phone terminal; allocating, by the SIP server, a corresponding IP phone number to the IP phone terminal according to the received automatic number negotiation request packet; and returning, by the SIP server, the allocated IP phone number to the IP phone terminal, so that the IP phone terminal performs a login by using the IP phone number. The method, apparatus and system can improve efficiency and operability of deploying IP phone numbers for a large quantity of IP phone terminals.
Number management system, number management method, number management device and number management program
A number management unit (11) of a number management system (1) generates a transaction using number portability information including a hashed telephone number and connection destination information, newly generates and approves a block using multiple transactions, and stores the block in a number database (13) as a blockchain. A number resolution unit (12) hashes a telephone number that is a query target using a hash function, searches transactions in a blockchain using the hashed telephone number as a key, and sends connection destination information corresponding to the telephone number that is the query target as a response.
Systems and methods for verified messaging via short-range transceiver
Systems and methods for verified messaging through the interaction involving a short-range transceiver, such as a contactless card, a client device and a server are presented. Verified messaging may be provided in the context of using a client device to receive a user identifier from the user's short-range transceiver, such as a contactless card, and sending a messaging request with the user identifier to a server, which may look up client device information and compare with data about the client device accompanying the request. Matching received client device information to stored client device data based on a user identifier obtained from a short-range transceiver provides an enhanced ability to verify that the client device corresponds to the user associated with the short-range transceiver.
VOICE SERVICE ROUTING SYSTEM FOR ACCESSIBILITY
Systems and methods for managing network communication are disclosed. Methods and systems can comprise receiving a telephony message having a source address and determining routing information using the source address. A telephony call may be routed using the determined routing information. Such processing may be implemented to route telephony calls to certain services such as accessibility services based on at least the source address of a telephony message.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVISION OF DIAL-REQUESTED SERVICE TO A SECOND LINE SERVICE ENABLED TELECOMMUNICATIONS DEVICE
A method and system for the leveraging a reserved relationship number by an SLS platform and/or SLS phone module for the purpose of performing special operations other than making an SLS call available for termination at a subscriber TD and/or a third party TD involve associating the SLS phone number of the subscriber, the primary number of the subscriber and a next set of instructions via a common reserved relationship number.
EMERGENCY SERVICES SUPPORT FOR NON-CELLULAR WIRELESS ACCESS
Apparatus and methods to support emergency services sessions by network elements and by a wireless device are disclosed. The wireless device, when roaming to a visited country/region, queries a network-based server to obtain information for Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) that support emergency services sessions via non-cellular wireless access in the visited country/region. The network-based server responds with a list of PLMNs from which the wireless device selects a PLMN. The wireless device further queries the network-based server to obtain information for evolved Packet Data Gateways (ePDGs) for a selected PLMN and receives from the network-based server a list of Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for ePDGs that support emergency services sessions via non-cellular wireless access for the selected PLMN. The wireless device further queries the network-based server for local numbers of the visited country for establishing emergency services sessions and receives a categorized list of local numbers for emergency services.
Method and apparatus for utilizing mobile subscriber identification information with multiple devices based on registration requests
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a system that manages utilization of mobile subscriber identity information including enabling use of such information by different communication devices. The use of the same mobile subscriber identity information by multiple devices can be based on locations and other mobile subscriber identity information can be assigned to devices based on the locations. Other embodiments are disclosed.
Communication Enhancement Methods
A system for automatic authentication of service requests includes authentication of a remote access device. This authentication may be accomplished automatically prior to text or audio communication between a customer and a service agent. In some embodiments, authentication is accomplished automatically by authentication of the remote access device or accomplished by asking the customer questions. A single authentication of the remote access device may be used to authenticate a service request transferred between service agents. The authentication of the remote device may include, for example, use of a personal identification number, a fingerprint, a photograph, and/or a hardware identifier. Some embodiments include an intelligent pipeline configured for managing queues of customer service requests and/or customer service agent control over a customer's access device. Some embodiments include logic configured to manage and enhance communication channels between devices.
Device, software module, system or business method for global real-time telecommunication
A telecommunication device for real-time communication at a border between a global transport network and a private domain of a communication network may include a proxy for a communication protocol, means for traffic using real-time communication protocols to traverse a firewall, means for real-time traffic initiated by the communication protocol to traverse a firewall, means for measuring and collecting value information about the real-time traffic over the global transport network, means for creating mutual trust between the telecommunication device and a second device with which it communicates; and means for authorizing usage of a feature for a mutually trusted communication participant.
