DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE
The present invention provides a data processing method and device. A data processing device receives a first data stream, where the first data stream includes a first data unit; obtains a boundary of the first data unit; obtains a first skew according to a first data amount and the boundary of the first data unit; and adjusts the first data stream according to the first skew, so that a difference between the boundary of the first data unit and a boundary of the first data amount is a length of an integral quantity of first data units, so that a relatively small amount of data is needed in such an adjustment, that is, one data stream is adjusted, and an adjusted data stream can meet a basic condition for multiplexing, which reduces operation complexity and costs and is beneficial to deploy and implement bit width conversion.
SIGNAL DETECTION METHOD AND SIGNAL RECEIVING DEVICE FOR ENHANCING RELIABILITY OF CODE RATE SEARCH
A signal detection method associated with a constellation diagram corresponding to a modulation scheme is provided for enhancing the reliability of code rate search. A mask is provided between two adjacent constellation points in the modulation scheme. The signal detection method includes: receiving a plurality of signals, and mapping the plurality of signals to the constellation diagram; when a first signal among the plurality of signals is located in the mask, discarding the first signal; and when a second signal among the plurality of signals outside located in the mask, determining a constellation point corresponding to the second signal.

Matrix phase interpolator for phase locked loop
Generating a composite interpolated phase-error signal for clock phase adjustment of a local oscillator by forming a summation of weighted phase-error signals generated using a matrix of partial phase comparators, each of which compare a phase of the local oscillator with a corresponding phase of a reference clock.

Semiconductor device and memory system
A semiconductor device capable of communicating with a host apparatus includes a symbol generation unit, a coding unit, and a transmission unit. The symbol generation unit includes a random number generation circuit and generates a symbol according to a random number generated by the random number generation circuit. The coding unit performs 8b/10b coding for the symbol. The transmission unit transmits the symbol coded by the 8b/10b coding unit to the host apparatus.
System and method for phase error compensation in synchronized devices
A system and method for compensating for detected phase errors during communications between synchronized devices. In an embodiment, the two devices may be a touch screen device and a synchronized stylus device. To this end, the touch screen device includes a controller configured to receive data signals from the stylus at specific time intervals. The touch screen device generates an internal control signal for receiving the incoming data signals at an expected frequency. The touch screen device further includes circuitry for measuring differences in the time a data signal is actually received against when the data signal was expected to be received and determines a time difference (e.g., a phase error). Then, the internal control signal may be adjusted to compensate for the accumulated phase error. Such a measurement and compensation helps ensure that communications remain in synchronization without having to reestablish synchronization through a cumbersome synchronization process.
