Real time collaboration over multiple locations
A method of collaborating between a first display computer associated with a first display at a first location and a second display computer associated with a second display at a second location includes establishing a connection between the first and second display computers, opening a virtual canvas to be shared by the first and second display computers, the virtual canvas to be displayed on the first and second displays simultaneously, and sending an object between the first and second display computers by sending data associated with the object on the virtual canvas stored on the first display computer from the first display computer to the second display computer to be stored locally, thereby creating a shared canvas, wherein objects are at a single location on the shared canvas Live objects are treated differently than non-live objects.
AUGMENTING AUDIENCE MEMBER EMOTES IN LARGE-SCALE ELECTRONIC PRESENTATION
A presentation service generates an audience interface for an electronic presentation. The audience interface may simulate an in-person presentation, including features such as a central presenter and seat locations for audience members. The audience members may select emotes which may be displayed in the audience interface. The emotes may indicate the audience members' opinion of the content being presented. The presentation service may enable chats between multiple audience members, grouping of audience members private rooms, and other virtual simulations of functions corresponding to in-person presentations.
REAL TIME COLLABORATION OVER MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
A first or second computer viewing a virtual canvas may be a host computer for a live source object requiring authorization between a host and a non-host computer by creating a live source window for the live source object requiring authorization (ARLSW) within the virtual canvas on the host computer, sending metadata information for the ARLSW to the non-host computer so that the ARLSW is at the same location on the virtual canvas for the first and second computers, and streaming the live source object requiring authorization to the ARLSW from the host computer to the non-host computer. When the host computer for the ARLSW leaves the virtual canvas and no other non-host computer for ARLSW in the canvas is known to have authorization to view the ARLSW, a placeholder screen is displayed in the ARLSW on the virtual canvas.
System and method for selecting and providing zone-specific media
A system and method for providing zone-specific media to a user. As a non-limiting example, various aspects of this disclosure provide a system and method that flexibly selects and provides media content (e.g., audio content), where such content is selected based, at least in part, on a user location (e.g., location within a premises).

REMOTE ACCESS FOR RESOURCE LINKS SHARED DURING WEB CONFERENCE SESSION
A method may include receiving, from a first client device, a first position of a selection event at the first client device. The first client device being engaged in a web conference session with a second client device. The second client device sharing a content displayed at the second client device such that the content is also displayed at the first client device. If the first position of the selection event is determined to correspond to a second position of a resource link included in the content being shared by the second client device, information associated with the resource link may be sent to the first client device. The information may enable the first client device to access a resource associated with the resource link by launching a corresponding application such as a browser, a media player, and/or a text editor. Related systems and articles of manufacture are also provided.
LIVE MEETING ASSISTANCE FOR CONNECTING TO A NEW MEMBER
Meetings conducted over a network are commonplace. It is also commonplace that the participants of a meeting cannot resolve an issue that could be resolved by a non-attending party. Accordingly, systems and methods are provided wherein an unresolvable issue (for the attendees of a meeting) may be resolved by an absent participant. A message generated comprising a summary of the issue and automatically sent to the absent participant. A reply is then presented to the meeting, which may be an answer or other information or action, or the absent participant may elect to join the meeting and interact with the others in the meeting.
Status prediction for meetings and participants
A computer-implemented method, a computer system and a computer program product generate a custom display for a virtual meeting. The method includes obtaining a plurality of virtual meeting information from a server. The method also includes capturing virtual meeting session data with a device. The virtual meeting session data is selected from a group consisting of audio data, video data and images of a screen of the device. The method further includes determining a current virtual meeting status and a participant emotion based on the virtual meeting session data and the plurality of virtual meeting information. In addition, the method includes predicting a virtual meeting end time and a participant status based on the current virtual meeting status and the participant emotion. Lastly, the method includes displaying the virtual meeting end time and the participant status in a meeting dashboard on the device.
Multiuser asymmetric immersive teleconferencing with synthesized audio-visual feed
Embodiments described herein enable a teleconference among host-side user(s) at a host site and remotely located client-side user(s), wherein a host device is located at the host site, and wherein each of the client-side user(s) uses a respective client device to participate in the teleconference. A host site audio-visual feed is received from the host device. A client data feed is received from the client device of each client-side user. Orientation information for the respective client-side user using a client device is also received. Each client device is provided with the host site audio-visual feed or a modified version thereof. The host device is provided with, for each client device, the client data feed and the orientation information of the client-side user that is using the client device. This enables host-side and client-side users to display visual representations of one another with their respective orientations.
Methods and systems for provisioning a collaborative virtual experience of a building
Disclosed herein is a method of provisioning a collaborative virtual experience of a building to two or more users, in accordance with some embodiments. The method may include transmitting an interactive 3D model data to two or more follower user devices associated with two or more followers. Further, the method may include receiving two or more follower state data from the two or more follower user devices. Further, the method may include generating a collaborative view data based on the interactive 3D model data and the two or more follower state data. Further, the method may include transmitting the collaborative view data to a leader user device operated by a leader associated with the two or more followers. Further, the leader user device may be configured for presenting the collaborative view data.
