A system described herein may provide a technique for a multi-modal interaction experience with a User Equipment (“UE”) via multiple concurrent presentation modes. Such multiple modes may include a voice call with an interactive voice response (“IVR”) system, as well as the simultaneous presentation of information and/or selectable options at a UE associated engaged in the voice call with the IVR system. The information may be presented via a graphical user interface at the UE that is engaged in the call with the IVR system. In this manner, the UE may provide a multi-modal experience to a user, in which the user can simultaneously interact with the IVR system via the call, and can also receive or provide further interactions related to call via the GUI.

System and method for providing personalized context

A system including a mobile application on a user's mobile device for connecting to a plurality of contact centers and providing personalized context to the user. The system includes: the mobile application; a connection from the mobile application to a central API service, wherein the central API service provides authentication tokens to the mobile application for facilitating interaction therebetween; a plurality of vendors which the user has associated with their profile and have been integrated with the central API service, wherein the vendors are operably connected with the central API service for information sharing; and a plurality of media channels connecting the plurality of vendors with the central API service, allowing the user to: view personalized context from past interactions between the user and the plurality of contact centers through the mobile application; and connect with the contact centers.

The telecommunications link (C1, C2, C3) is established by the control program (100, 22) in accordance with the first allocation, using the second communications terminal (D3, D4) instead of the first communications terminal (D1). The method is characterized in that in the allocation information a second allocation (70, 90) is defined, by which the first communications terminal (D1) is signaled to the control program (100, 22) as being the only terminal used by the user in the telecommunications link established (C1, C2, C3). An example method includes detecting that a number of impressions a time segment of a video occurred based on messages; detecting that no impressions for the time segment of the video were detected by the database proprietor; determining respective percentages of exposures of the video that are attributable to corresponding ones of multiple demographic groups, determining the respective percentages being based on the first demographic information provided by the database proprietor for exposures of other time segments of the video; attributing respective portions of the number of impressions to the demographic groups based on the respective percentages to determine imputed numbers of impressions; generating adjusted numbers of impressions based on the imputed numbers of impressions; and determining ratings information for the video using the adjusted numbers of impressions.

Method and system for establishing telecommunications links

The invention relates to a method for establishing a telecommunications link (C1, C2, C3), controlled by a control program (28), with a second communications terminal (D1), according to which a CTI service is made available to the first communications terminal (36) by a CTI server (20) in a CTI domain allocated to said CTI server (20), and the second communications terminal (D1) is located outside the CTI domain and by way of a proxy (Trk2) situated within the CTI domain is linked to the CTI server (20). The intermediate functional unit (30, 32) signals to the control program (28) that the second communications terminal (D1) instead of the proxy (Trk2) is linked into the established telecommunications link (C1, C2, C3) as the telecommunications terminal. The intermediate functional unit (30, 32) instructs the CTI server (20) to carry out the CTI service on the proxy (Trk2) in accordance with the control program (28). Furthermore, an intermediate functional unit (extra domain device, CSP) can be implemented as additional server or middleware. The invention further provides a corresponding system.
