INTERACTIVE IMAGE GENERATION

A content generation platform is generally described herein. More specifically, interactive image generation and techniques and features thereof are disclosed herein. One or more sets of images of a scene are captured in an imaging studio. The captured one or more sets of images of the scene are processed using one or more machine learning based networks to generate an interactive image of the scene comprising a plurality of interactive features. One or more of the plurality of interactive features of the generated interactive image may be modified or edited according to user preferences.

Background display system

A background display system for a virtual image recording studio comprises a background display device which is configured to display, behind or above a real subject, a representation of a virtual background for a recording by means of an associated camera, and a control device which is configured to control the background display device. The control device comprises a data input for receiving lens data from the associated camera and is configured to adjust the representation of the virtual background in dependence of the received lens data.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING VIDEO DATA

A method for processing video data by a system, including a recording device configured to generate video data; a projection screen having a front side facing the recording device and a rear side facing away from the recording device, and a plurality of light sources is provided. The method includes: providing background data which indicate a video background with a first resolution, and determining image signals from the background data in such a way that the image signals indicate the video background with a second resolution that is lower than the first resolution; transmitting the image signals to the light sources and irradiating the rear side by the light sources; and recording first video data by the recording device, wherein the first video data indicate a video of the front side and of a foreground object arranged between the projection screen and the recording device. A system is also provided.

A system includes an image capture device including a plurality of image sensors that are each configured to capture a mutually distinct visual of a scene. Further, a spatial data device is included that is configured to generate and transmit a signal, and to receive reflections of the signal from a plurality of objects within the scene, and to convey information corresponding to respective positions of the plurality of objects. At least one processor is configured to generate an image using at least one captured visual of the scene by at least one of the plurality of image sensors and using a measurement associated with the information conveyed by the spatial data device.

UNMANNED SPORTS RELAY SERVICE METHOD USING CAMERA POSITION CONTROL AND IMAGE EDITING THROUGH REAL-TIME IMAGE ANALYSIS AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

Disclosed is a method by which a relay server connected to a plurality of detection cameras and at least one main camera transmits a sports relay broadcast. In particular, the method comprises: in a first detection area among detection areas respectively corresponding to the plurality of detection cameras, detecting a subject by using a first detection camera corresponding to the first detection area; controlling an image capturing position of the at least one main camera to be directed toward the first detection camera; and transmitting an image captured by the at least one main camera to a terminal.

Method for operating a distributed video production system and architecture of a distributed video production system
11622161 · 2023-04-04 · ·

A new architecture of a distributed video production system is suggested. The distributed video production system enables distributed execution of one or more workflows that are operated by one or more operators at the same time. The present disclosure suggests mechanisms for synchronizing workflows and data streams within the distributed video production system. A workflow orchestrator is aware of all workflows currently executed on the distributed video production system and selects the required processing resources. A run time orchestrator ensures that the blocks are available for processing by controlling the receiving broadcast functionality such that it requests the block only after it is available by taking into account a network delay.

IMPROVING FOCUS IN IMAGE AND VIDEO CAPTURE USING DEPTH MAPS

In an example embodiment, method, apparatus and computer program product for improving image and video captures using depth maps of viewfinder depth map, are provided. The method includes facilitating receipt of a viewfinder depth map of a scene, the viewfinder depth map comprising depth information of a plurality of objects in the scene. One or more objects are selected from the plurality of objects based on depth information of the one or more objects in the viewfinder depth map. Two or more images of the scene are facilitated to be captured by at least adjusting focus of a camera corresponding to the depth information of the one or more objects that are selected. In an example, a method also includes facilitating capture of an image of the scene by at least adjusting focus of a camera corresponding to the depth information of the two or more objects that are selected.

Systems and methods for moving image capture from video displays are disclosed. In particular, systems and methods for synchronizing display and camera timing so as to reduce or eliminate artifacts appearing in the captured moving images due to unsynchronized interaction between camera shutter/exposure timing and the timing of the display control signal.

Method for guiding controller to move to within recognizable range of multimedia apparatus, the multimedia apparatus, and target tracking apparatus thereof

Methods, systems, and devices for guiding a subject back within the recognizable visual range of a multimedia system are described. According to one of the described methods, when it is determined that the target has left the recognizable range of the multimedia system, sensor information is acquired from a portable electronic device (or controller) the user has been using to control the multimedia system, and the acquired sensor information is used to determine where the user is, relative to the recognizable range. In one example, the user is asked to make a gesture with the portable electronic device, and the sensor information concerning that gesture is used to determine the user's relative location. In another example, the sensor information recorded at the time the user left the recognizable range is used to determine the user's relative location.
