VEHICLE COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS, COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Embodiments of this application provide a vehicle communication method and apparatus, a computer-readable medium, and an electronic device. The vehicle communication method includes: obtaining at least two discontinuous reception cycles for a vehicle communication data; selecting a target discontinuous reception cycle from the at least two discontinuous reception cycles; receiving the vehicle communication data based on the target discontinuous reception cycle; and adjusting the target discontinuous reception cycle for receiving the vehicle communication data based on the at least two discontinuous reception cycles according to a volume of the vehicle communication data received within a set time.
Managing a conditional configuration upon addition or release of a bearer
To manage configuration, a UE receives, by processing hardware and from a radio access network (RAN), conditional configuration information including (i) a conditional configuration related to a base station operating in the RAN, and (ii) a condition to be satisfied before the UE applies the configuration (702). The UE receives, by the processing hardware and from the RAN, a message including an indication that the UE is to add, modify, or release a radio bearer (RB) (704), and determines, by the processing hardware, to ignore the conditional configuration in response to receiving the message (706).
METHOD FOR TRANSCEIVING SYSTEM INFORMATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM SUPPORTING CARRIER AGGREGATION, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
A method for receiving system information (SI) by a terminal in a wireless communication system supporting carrier aggregation (CA), according to one embodiment of the present specification, comprises: transmitting an RRC connection request message to a base station; receiving an RRC connection setup message from the base station; transmitting an RRC connection setup complete message to the base station; receiving an RRC reconfiguration message related to configuration of a secondary cell (SCell) from a primary cell (pCell) of the base station; and receiving a synchronization signal (SS) from the SCell based on the RRC reconfiguration message.
PROCESSING METHOD OF CONFIGURATION INFORMATION OF BEARER, NETWORK DEVICE AND TERMINAL
A processing method of configuration information of bearer, a network device and a terminal are provided in the present disclosure. The method of configuration information of bearer applied to a network device includes the following steps: when a Secondary Cell Group (SCG) or a Primary SCG Cell (PSCell) enters into a suspend state or a dormant state, modifying, by the network device, configuration information of a bearer via a signaling, to enable a configured uplink bearer to transmit on a Master Cell Group (MCG).

LINK PROCESSING METHOD, MULTI-LINK DEVICE, AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
First information received by a first MLD on a first link is used to determine whether a BSS configuration of a second link is updated. In response to the BSS configuration of the second link not being updated, the first MLD directly transmits a data frame on the switched-to second link or the second link whose status is transited, and the data frame is not transmitted until a beacon frame is received and a latest parameter of the BSS configuration is obtained on the switched-to second link or the second link whose status is transited. A waiting time occurring before the data frame is transmitted is reduced.

APERIODIC MEASUREMENT CONFIGURATION
This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for aperiodic measurement configurations. In one aspect, delaying transitioning of a secondary cell group (SCG) to an active state until a next synchronization signal block (SSB) or periodic reference signal may result in an excessive delay in obtaining network resources of the SCG. Some aspects described herein enable a base station (BS) to transmit signaling using a master cell group (MCG) cell to schedule resources for an aperiodic reference signal transmission and measurement using the SCG. For example, the BS may transmit signaling to a user equipment (UE) to identify a reference signal resource for an aperiodic reference signal transmission and measurement. In this case, the BS may transmit the aperiodic reference signal using an SCG cell, and the UE may measure the aperiodic reference signal and provide a report identifying the measurement of the aperiodic reference signal.

Communications Method and Communications Apparatus
This application provides a communications method and a communications apparatus. A first station in a first multi-link device sends first information to a second multi-link device, where the first information is used to indicate a frequency at which a station in a power saving mode in the first multi-link device receives a beacon frame. In this way, the second multi-link device may learn about, based on the first information, a frequency at which a station in the first multi-link device receives a beacon frame, thereby helping the second multi-link device effectively manage a cache service of each station in the first multi-link device and manage a data buffer space.
