Device and Method of Handling Channel Access in Unlicensed Band
A communication device for handling channel access in an unlicensed band comprises a storage device for storing instructions and a processing circuit coupled to the storage device. The processing circuit is configured to execute the instructions stored in the storage device. The instructions comprise receiving an uplink (UL) grant from a network, wherein the UL grant indicates the communication device to perform an UL transmission in a transmission time interval (TTI); performing a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure on a first carrier in response to the UL grant; and aborting the LBT procedure, when the communication device senses the first carrier to be busy before the TTI according to the LBT procedure.

A communication system, in which a mobile terminal uses a data path that was generated with an ISP network by a base station in a home network to access a NW via the ISP network, includes an authentication means and connection control means in the ISP network. The base station accepts an access request from the mobile terminal and transmits information relating to the base station and the mobile terminal to the connection control means. The authentication means determines based on the information whether a linking service that connects to the home NW without traversing the ISP network can be provided to the mobile terminal, and if the linking service can be provided, notifies this information to the connection control means. Based on this notification, the connection control means requests the base station to generate a data path for providing the linking service, and the base station generates the data path.

TR069 PROTOCOL MANAGEMENT METHOD ORIENTED TO WIA-PA NETWORK
The present invention claims a TR069 protocol management method oriented to a WIA-PA network, where a traditional TR069 network management system architecture is improved to extend a TR069 protocol only oriented to Internet terminal device management in an initial design from the Internet to a WIA-PA wireless sensor network; a session connection interaction process between an ACS and a CPE is expanded to establish a session connection between the ACS and a WIA-PA network node; a virtual device mechanism is designed by taking a WIA-PA network gateway as the CPE to store a TR069 data model and proxy device information corresponding to a WIA-PA data model and implement the TR069 protocol to manage the WIA-PA network node in a manner as simple and transparent as that for an interaction between the ACS and the common CPE; a management data model mapping mechanism is designed to establish a correlation from the WIA-PA data model described in TR069 to a standard WIA-PA data model; and a protocol conversion interlace is designed to implement the conversion between a TR069 RPC method and a WIA-PA network management command frame. The TR069 protocol management method has a good reference value for the implementation of the M2M management of the whole network as well as the application and development of the TR069 protocol oriented to the wireless sensor network.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for initiating a random access procedure in a carrier aggregation system, the method comprising: receiving, from a network, a Radio Resource Control (RRC) signal which configures a new Secondary Cell (SCell) with Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource; and initiating a dedicated random access procedure on the new SCell with the PUCCH resource if the RRC signal includes a contention-free random access preamble information for the new SCell.
Channel discovery in a small-cell network
During operation, the radio node may, using a first interface circuit, listen for transmissions from one or more second radio nodes. Based at least in part on the transmissions, the radio node may determine a first list of discovered channels associated with the radio node and the one or more second radio nodes. Then, the radio node may, using a second interface circuit, provide the first list of discovered channels to the one or more second radio nodes. Moreover, the radio node may, using the second interface circuit, receive one or more second lists of discovered channels from the one or more second radio nodes. Next, the radio node may aggregate the first list of discovered channels and the second list of discovered channels into a list of active channels. Furthermore, the radio node may, using the first interface circuit, provide the list of active channels to an electronic device.
