A first gap G1 between the first and second tracks is shorter than a second gap G2 between the second and third tracks along a virtual line crossing the first, second and third tracks and closer to the first bridge than the second bridge.
CASSETTE MADE OF PLASTIC HAVING A HEATING DEVICE
In order to heat a bag filled, for example, with a food product to a predeterminable temperature, the entire cassette (1) has been heated in the past. The invention relates to a cassette (1) made of plastic, wherein in each of the cassette shells (2, 3) a receiving recess (10) is formed, in each of which a respective heat-conducting plate (11) is arranged securely in position. A heating element (20) is applied to the heat-conducting plate (11) and the heat-conducting plate (11) is retained in an insulated manner on the respective cassette shell (2, 3) such that a thermal insulating air gap remains between the heat-conducting plate (11) or the heating element (20) and the cassette shell (2, 3).
DISPOSABLE LINER CONTAINER FOR WAX-WARMER
The present invention discloses a disposable liner container for wax melt dish of the wax warmer that makes disposing of melted wax easy and mess free and also without any risk of burns to the user. The liner container of present invention comprises a circular flat base plate and an upstanding side walls inclined outwardly from the base plate all around the circumference of the base plate with an outwardly extending rim at the edges of the walls. Moreover, it comprises of a pair of the wings/extensions extending out from either sides of the liner from the edges of the side walls that enables user to hold and dispose the hot melted wax from the dish quickly without any harm or burns. Furthermore, the liner container is made of metal, most preferably, but not limited to, a foil of an aluminium and resembles/mimics the size and shape of the dish of the wax warmer. Most preferably, the shape of the liner container is cylindrical but can be selected according to the shape of the dish and the size of the liner is preferably selected slight smaller than the dish of the warmer for better placement.
Transportable warming cart
A method of displaying a battery life for a warming cart battery is provided. The method includes the steps of detecting with a processor that a warming cart battery voltage is out of range of a predetermined threshold, determining with a processor an operation state of each of a plurality of periphery warming cart devices, and automatically setting a battery scale of a warming cart battery based on which of the plurality of periphery warming cart devices are in an active operation state.
Temperature controlled food tray system
The present disclosure provides a system, apparatus, and method for a modular food tray system having a plurality of food trays that can be used for heating, cooling, or a combination thereof. The system can include a first food tray for heating and a second food tray for cooling, generally mounted at a different elevation from the first food tray. Alternatively, one or both of the food trays can be designed for cooling through temperature elements coupled thereto and the tray can be heated by overhead radiant heating elements for dual temperature capabilities. The first food tray can be mounted above the second food tray. The first food tray can include a thermal shield between a heating element in the first food tray and the second food tray. In other embodiments, the second food tray can be mounted above the first food tray with a thermal shield therebetween.
Heater, in particular high-temperature heater, and method for the production thereof
A heater, in particular a high-temperature heater, for example for domestic heating appliances, in which a layer that produces heat when a current flows through is provided on a carrier material as a heating element, wherein a first electrically conductive layer which is formed from a free-flowing, non-electrically conductive base material and carbon nano tubes dispersed therein is applied to the carrier material, wherein a protective layer is applied to this first layer and at least partly penetrates into the first layer as it is applied, or wherein a functional layer with carbon nano tubes dispersed therein is applied to the carrier material, and wherein the at least one layer or the functional layer makes contact with strip-like contact elements, and the layers applied to the carrier material or the functional layer are heated.
