Circulation pump assembly for a heating and/or cooling system
A circulation pump assembly for a heating and/or cooling system includes an electric drive motor (108) and a connected pump housing (106) in which at least one impeller (118) is situated and which comprises a first inlet (112) and a first outlet (114). The pump housing (106) includes a second inlet (122) which is connected in an inside of the pump housing (106) at a mixing point (130) to the first inlet (112). A regulating valve (134), which is designed for regulating the mixing ratio of two flows mixing at the mixing point (130), as well as a control device, which controls the regulating valve (134) for regulating the mixing ration, are arranged in the pump housing (106). A hydraulic manifold is provided with such a circulation pump assembly.

Crude oil cargo recirculation system
A recirculation system for a crude oil cargo tank barge having at least one tank includes a pump in fluid communication with at least one tank and recirculation piping in fluid communication with the pump and at least one tank. The pump pumps fluid from at least one tank to the recirculation piping. The recirculation piping then returns the pumped fluid to at least one tank.
Water systems
A circulating hot water system has a hot water flow circuit defined by pipework leading out from and back to an in-line heater, and including a pump to drive circulation of the hot water. Each of multiple user points has an outflow branch conduit and a return flow branch conduit with a common wall for heat exchange, as does the main flow circuit: the outflow conduit surrounds the return conduit. Water is fed into the system from a pressurized cold water supply main through a check valve. Sensors are used to monitor water temperatures and flow conditions around the system. A programmed control processor can control heating and pumping rates in various regimes, e.g. to maintain system temperature above a predetermined threshold. An isolation valve adapted for concentric double pipes is also described.
