DAMPER DEVICE

An intermediate member is configured to include first and second intermediate members. Connecting portions that respectively extend outward from the first or the second intermediate plates are coupled with each other at two positions on the same circumference as pinion gears by two rivets (total six rivets at three connecting portions) as viewed in a central axis of the damper device. Such an arrangement enables spaces between the pinion gears to be used effectively, increases spaces for the first spring, the second spring and the inner spring and improves a vibration damping performance of a damper device.

Dual mass flywheel

The dual mass flywheel comprises a spring assembly (4; 104; 112; 128; 129), if necessary, with two stages of which one can include a spiral spring. Furthermore, the dual mass flywheel comprises a friction damping system (111) that applies torque independently of the rotational speed of the flywheel.

A flywheel for use in an automobile between an engine and a clutch assembly is provided. The flywheel is a circular member having an engine side and an opposite clutch side. An aperture is formed in the circular member having an axis, and the aperture is used to operatively attach the flywheel to the engine. A plurality of clutch fins and/or grooves are formed on the clutch side adjacent the outer edge of the circular member and spaced radially about the axis of the aperture of the flywheel. The clutch fins have a face that is generally coplanar with the clutch side of the circular member. The fins and grooves work to cool the internal components of the engine. Optionally, a second set of grooves and fins may be formed on the engine side of the flywheel to further aid in cooling the clutch disc and other engine components.

Roller for a pendulum mass of a centrifugal force pendulum

A roller (20) for a pendulum mass (4, 5, 6) of a centrifugal force pendulum (1), including a rolling section (42), a first maintaining section (26) and a second maintaining section (27). The maintaining sections have a larger diameter than the rolling section, and the roller (20) has a width (44) which is smaller or the same size as the first depth (9) of the centrifugal force pendulum. Due to roller (20), a centrifugal force pendulum can be constructed for particularly flat couplings. In particular, the total weight of the friction clutch is reduced and the mounting is simplified.

Washing machine and balancer thereof

A washing machine capable of manipulating a balancer with a simple manipulation, and a balancer thereof, the washing machine including a rotating tub configured to accommodate a laundry while being rotatably disposed on a shaft, at least one mass mounted on the rotating tub so as to move in a circumferential direction of the rotating tub, thereby offsetting an unbalanced load of the rotating tub, at least one wire extending along the circumferential direction of the rotating tub and coupled to the at least one mass, and at least one driving unit coupled to the at least one wire and configured to rotate the at least one mass in the circumferential direction of the rotating tub.
