DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0022] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Throughout the drawings and the detailed description, unless otherwise described, the same drawing reference numerals will be understood to refer to the same elements, features, and structures. The relative size and depiction of these elements may be exaggerated for clarity, illustration, and convenience. The following detailed description is provided to assist the reader in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the methods, apparatuses, and/or systems described herein. Accordingly, various changes, modifications, and equivalents of the methods, apparatuses, and/or systems described herein will be suggested to those of ordinary skill in the art. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions may be omitted for increased clarity and conciseness.

[0023] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, a cap decorated with an assembly such as a decoration block or a toy may include a base block plate 10 or 10′ including an assembling part 15 with which an assembly 20 such as a decoration block or a toy. The base block plate 10 or 10′ may be coupled to a head covering part 3 or a visor 5, allowing the assembly 20 such as the decoration block or the toy to be assembled into various shapes and patterns on the assembling part 15 of the base block plate 10 or 10′.

[0024] In this case, the base block plate 10 or 10′ may fixedly adhere to the head covering part 3 or the visor 5 of the cap to be integrally installed, or may be detachably attached to the head covering part 3 or the visor 5.

[0025] The detachable structure of the base block plate 10 or 10′ may be configured into various forms. For example, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the base block plate 10 or 10′ may be detachably attached by a Velcro structure, or by a combination recess and a combination protrusion which engage with each other, or may be detachably attached by other various structures.

[0026] Particularly, when the base block plate 10 or 10′ is detachably attached by the Velcro structure, Velcro fabrics 10a, 3a and 5a may be prepared on the rear surface of the base block plate 10 or 10′ and the head covering part 3 or the visor 5 of the cap to which the base block plate 10 or 10′ is detachably attached.

[0027] Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the base block plate 10 may be formed into the shape of the visor 5 of the cap. The base block plate 10 may include the assembling part 15 formed on the upper part of the base block plate 10 and assembled with the assembly 20 such as the decoration block or the toy, and a groove 12 formed at a lower edge of the base block plate 10 and press-fitted into the visor 5. The base block plate 10 may be configured to detachably combine with the visor 5 in forward and backward directions by the press-fit method.

[0028] In this case, the groove 12 of the base block plate 10 may have a narrower width at the inlet of the groove 12 than the width at the inside of the groove 12, and thus the width of the groove 12 may be gradually tapered to the inlet of the groove 12. Accordingly, after the base block plate 10 is inserted into the visor 5, the base block plate 10 may elastically compress the visor 5, preventing the base block plate 10 from being separated from the visor 5.

[0029] Also, the assembling part 15 of the base block plate 10 or 10′ may include assembling protrusions 16 that are arranged at certain intervals and can be assembled with the assembly 20 such as typical decoration blocks or toys. The shape of the assembling protrusions 16 may be variously modified in accordance with the shape of the assembling part of the decoration block, and it is noted that the simple shape modification degree of the assembling part pertains to the scope of the present invention.

[0030] Also, although not specifically shown in the drawings, the base block plate 10 may be disposed on only one or both of the head covering part 3 and the visor 5 of the cap. Particularly, when the cap has no visor 5, the base block plate 10 may be disposed on the head covering part 3, and the location or the shape of the base block plate 10 may be variously changed.

[0031] Also, when the visor 5 of the cap has an inverted “U”-shape according to the taste of a user as well as a flat shape as shown in the drawings, the base block plate 10 may be configured to have a flat or curved surface corresponding to the shape of the visor 5.

[0032] Hereinafter, the operation and action of the present invention configured as above will be described.

[0033] The present invention can be utilized as a decoration, a toy, and a useful article for intelligence development by harmonizing a cap with an assembly such as a decoration block or a toy.

[0034] In other words, the base block plate 10 or 10′ may be combined with the head covering part 3 or the visor 5, and the assembly 20 such as a decoration block or a toy may be assembled and decorated with the assembling part 15 of the base block plate 10 or 10′ in various shapes and patterns.

[0035] In this case, the base block plate 10 or 10′ may be coupled to the head covering part 3 or the visor 5 of the cap by a fixing method or a detachable method.

[0036] As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, since the method of detachably attaching the base block plate 10 or 10′ may be implemented with the Velcro structure or the combination groove and combination protrusion structure, the base block plate 10 can be selectively installed for use.

[0037] When the base block plate 10 is detachably attached by the Velcro structure, the Velcro fabric 10a on the rear surface of the base block plate 10 may be configured to detachably attach to the Velcro fabric 3a and 5a prepared on the head covering part 3 or the visor 5 of the cap.

[0038] Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the base block plate 10 may be press-fitted to the visor 5 of the cap. In this case, the base block plate 10 may be press-fitted to the visor 5 by the groove formed on the lower edge of the base block plate 10.

[0039] The assembly 20 such as typical decoration blocks or toys may be assembled with the assembling part 15 on the base block plate 10 or 10′ in various shapes and patterns.

[0040] Accordingly, a cap for being decorated with a decoration block or a toy may include a base block plate that can be assembled with an assembly such as a decoration block or toy and is integrally adhered to, detachably attached by Velcro to, or coupled by an assembly structure with the head covering part or visor of the cap. Here, the assembly such as the decoration block or toy may be assembled with an assembling part of the base block plate in various shapes and patterns by well-known assembling methods for decoration, thereby allowing the cap to perform decoration and toy functions and to be useful for the intelligence development as well as to be used as a general cap.

[0041] A number of exemplary embodiments have been described above. Nevertheless, it will be understood that various modifications may be made. For example, suitable results may be achieved if the described techniques are performed in a different order and/or if components in a described system, architecture, device, or circuit are combined in a different manner and/or replaced or supplemented by other components or their equivalents. Accordingly, other implementations are within the scope of the following claims.
