[0016] FIG. 5 is another operational view of the tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0017] The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

[0018] Referring to FIGS. 2-4, a tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the present invention is used in a cup 10, the cup 10 includes an inner surface 11 and an outer surface 12. The tea bag includes: a label 20, a string 30 and a bag 40.

[0019] The label 20 includes an adhering layer 21 and a fixing layer 22. The adhering layer 21 includes: a hand holding section 210, an adhering section 211 and a connecting section 212. The hand holding section 210 is a non-adhering (non-sticky) section. The adhering section 211 and the connecting section 212 each include an adhering surface and an opposite non-adhering surface. The adhering section 211 has two ends connected to the hand holding section 210 and the connecting section 212, respectively. The adhering surface of the connecting section 212 is provided with glue to be adhered to the fixing layer 22, so that the adhering layer 21 is fixed to one end of the connecting section 212 of the fixing layer 22, and another end of the connecting section 212 is provided with an inserting hole 220.

[0020] The string 30 in this embodiment is a cotton cord and has one end inserted through the inserting hole 220.

[0021] The bag 40 in this embodiment is made of water permeable and non-woven material, and connected to another end of the string 30.

[0022] Referring to FIG. 4, when in use, the adhering surface of the adhering section 211 is adhered to another surface of the fixing layer 22 which is opposite to the surface of the fixing layer 22 adhered to the connecting section 212. The adhering section 211 can be repeatedly used.

[0023] Referring to FIG. 5, when the bag 40 is put into the cup 10, and the cup 10 is then poured with hot water, the adhering section 211 of the adhering layer 21 can be repeatedly removed from or adhered to any position on the outer surface 12 of the cup 10, so as to adjust the height position of the bag 40 in the cup 10. The tea will get bitter when the tea leaves are soaked for too long. When the user wants to pull the bag 40 out of the water, he/she can stick the adhering section 211 to a position close to the bottom of the cup, so that the bag 40 is pulled out of the water by the string 30, and the adhering section 211 can stick to the outer surface 12 to fix the string 30, and thus the bag 40 is hung above the water surface.

[0024] The tea bag with an externally connected label structure in accordance with the present invention is truly capable of solving the problem that the label 30A of the conventional tea bag is likely to fall into the cup due to slightly shaking or wind. Besides, the tea bag of the present invention also solves the storage problem of the tea tag after it is pulled out of the water.

[0025] While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
