    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0022] To further clarify various aspects of some example embodiments of the present invention, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments thereof which are illustrated in the appended drawing. It is appreciated that the drawing depicts only illustrated embodiments of the invention and are therefore not to be considered limiting of its scope. The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail through the use of the accompanying drawing in which:

[0023] FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating the right side view of the electronic headphone.

[0024] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the interior exploded view of the electronic headphone.

    DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0025] The following detailed description refers to the accompanying drawings that illustrate the embodiments of the present invention. Other embodiments are possible and modifications may be made to the embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Therefore, the following detailed description is not meant to limit the invention. Rather the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.

[0026] In this application, the use of the disjunctive is intended to include the conjunctive. The use of definite or indefinite articles is not intended to indicate cardinality. In particular, a reference to “the” object or “a” and “an” object is intended to denote also one of a possible plurality of such objects.

[0027] Headphones serve as an output device for audio apparatus for converting an electric signal to sound for output, and includes, at least, a pair of right and left headphone units which are held so as to face the corresponding ears of a wearer in use, and an elastic band providing the coupling between the headphone units and pressing the headphone units against the wearer's ears.

[0028] A preferred embodiment according to the present invention will be described hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrate appearance of a headphone device formed as an embodiment according to the present invention. In detail, FIG. 1 is a side view and FIG. 2 is an interior exploded view.

[0029] The electronic headphone device 100 includes a pair of right and left headphone units 114 and 116, and a Lycra band 124 and coupled to the headphone units 114 and 116 at its both ends. Each of the headphone units 114 and 116 includes a casing or earpiece pocket 122 containing a Bluetooth and speakers. The speaker mechanism is inserted into an earpiece pocket that consist of two overlapping flaps 110 and 112 respectively, one of them peels up from the top and another that peels down from the bottom. The Bluetooth 102 and a pair of speakers 106 are placed around the crown or headband 124 and over the ears. It is activated by pressing ON button 104 on the side of the device near the earhole unit 114. The same earhole area is also the location for song toggle, the Bluetooth indicator and volume control. All operational elements are easily available on one side of the head to ease familiarization of the controls and leaving a very low learning curve from box to use. The device will stay in place while wearing on head and eliminates possible slippage. Further provided that the headphone is powered by USB plugin which is connected to the plastic encased blue-tooth speaker wiring 108.

[0030] The main advantages of the current invention is to provide safety, renewed mental focus and user friendly design to the user like runners, practicing persons, boxers etc. The device is made from water resistant padded Lycra band Drylete polyester 90% and spandex 10% so that it could manage excessive sweat while ear molds deter buildup from speakers into the ear.

[0031] The foregoing embodiment has described the so-called headband style headphone device by way of example, but the present invention described herein is not limited thereto, but also applicable to the so-called headband style headphone device, so-called under-band style headphone device and the like.

[0032] In accordance with the invention, the electronic headphone device 100 will stay in place at all times while wearing on head and eliminating all possible slippage.
