    Abstract

An image recognition automatic flip-top smart toilet mainly includes an image recognition chip provided on one side of the toilet facing the front structure of the user, and a controller and two power packs arranged inside the toilet. The image recognition chip is electrically connected to the controller, and the controller is connected to two power packs to control their individual actions. The first power pack is used to control the automatic lifting and closing of the toilet lid, and the second power pack is used to control the automatic lifting and closing of the toilet seat ring. When the image recognition chip detects that the user in front of the toilet is a non-frontal image, it will send a signal to the controller to enable the controller to activate the first power pack to lift the toilet lid, allowing the user to sit on the seat ring for use. When the image recognition chip detects that the user in front of the toilet is a frontal image, it will send another signal to the controller, so that the controller can activate the two power groups at the same time to lift the toilet lid and seat ring, allowing men to stand up without the need to touch with hands. It is then to achieve the convenience of safety and hygiene, to meet the requirements of intelligent living.

    Claims

    1. An image-recognition automatic flip-top smart toilet including a toilet body structure which has a flip-up toilet cover and a seat ring, and is characterized in that: an image recognition chip is provided at one side of the toilet facing the front structure of the user and the image recognition chip has a camera lens, which is set to face the front of the toilet, a controller is provided inside the toilet, and is connected to the first and second power packs respectively, and can control the individual actions of both respectively, the first power pack is combined with the axis of the toilet cover, which can control the lifting or closing of the toilet cover, and the second power pack is combined with the axis of the seat ring, which can control the lifting or closing of the seat ring.

    2. The image-recognition automatic flip-top smart toilet as in claim 1, wherein the image recognition chip adopts the face recognition mode, determines whether the image contains a human face by edge calculation, and transmits the corresponding signal.

    Description

    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0003] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the block structure of the present invention.

[0004] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the present invention when it is not in use.

[0005] FIGS. 3 and 4 are two perspective views of the use states of the present invention.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0006] Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 2, the present invention relates to an image recognition automatic flip-top smart toilet, including the body structure of the toilet 1, which has a flip-up toilet cover 11 and a seat ring 12. An image recognition chip 2 is provided at an appropriate position on one side of the toilet 1 facing the front structure of the user. The image recognition chip 2 has a camera lens 21 facing the front of the toilet 1, as shown in FIG. 2 or other suitable front surfaces of the toilet 1. A controller 3 is arranged inside the toilet 1, and the controller 3 is connected to the first and second power packs 31 and 32 respectively, and can control the individual actions of both respectively. The aforementioned first power pack 31 is combined with the axis of the toilet cover 11 to control the lifting or closing of the toilet cover 11. The second power pack 32 is combined with the axis of the seat ring 12 to control the lifting or closing of the seat ring 12. During implementation, when the image recognition chip 2 detects that the image of the user in front of the toilet 1 captured by the camera lens 21 is a non-frontal image, a signal will be sent to the controller 3 and activate the first power group to lift the toilet cover 11 that provides the user to sit on the seat ring 12 for use, as shown in FIG. 3. When the image recognition chip 2 detects that the user in front of the toilet 1 is a frontal image, it will send another signal to the controller 3, so that the controller 3 activates the two power packs 31 and 32 at the same time to remove the toilet lid 11 and lift up with the seat ring 12 that provides male standing use, as shown in FIG. 4. So no matter how the user wants to use it, there is no need to operate the toilet cover 11 or the seat ring 12 by hand. In addition to being very convenient, it also avoids the adverse consequences of exposure to dirt or bacteria. When it is detected that the user has left, it will send out a signal to make the toilet cover 11 and the seat ring 12 close and return to their original state. It is understood that the present invention achieves the innovative design of image recognition automatic flip-top smart toilet, and it is deeply practical and progressive.

[0007] The image recognition chip 2 of this invention mainly uses face recognition technology, adopts edge computing mode, determines whether the captured image contains a human face, and transmits corresponding signals to the controller, respectively linking different power groups to perform specific actions. The overall need not be connected to the cloud network and will be quite power saving. For example, by using the single chip of U.S. Pat. No. 10,839,242, a very accurate identification effect can be achieved to control the corresponding automatic flipping of the toilet to obtain intelligent functions. In addition, because this invention uses face recognition, there is no need to compare the memory storage database, and no image will be stored during use, which can avoid privacy issues.
