    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0041] In FIG. 1, a perspective view of a package with a tray (100) of the invention where the opening section (101.1) is opened is illustrated whereas in FIG. 2, a two dimensional side view of a package with a tray (100) of the invention in folded state is shown. Due to its tray section (102) which is located on the bottom and is connected in a detachable manner to the box section (101) by a tearing section (102.1) with a form of dashed line close fastener; the invention enables the consumer to detach the tray (102) located under the box (101) from the box (101) after receiving the product and to consume the food inside the tray (102) in a much more hygienic manner and without needing a separate tray/plate.

[0042] For the purposes of food presentation and packaged food presentation/sale in food sector, the invention is a packaging structuring (100) with high carrying capacity comprising: [0043] a box section (101), which has its own base for the products to be placed into; [0044] an opening section (101.1) which enables the products to be placed into the box section (101) and the opening of the box to be closed afterwards; [0045] a tray section (102) connected to the box section (101) and having a base separate from the box section; [0046] a tearing section (102.1) holding the box section (101) and the tray section (102) together and enabling these sections to be torn away from each other when needed.

[0047] A box section (101) which is located on the top of the tray section (102) and can be detached from the tray section (102) by a tearing section (102.1), which is selected as a dashed line close fastener like Velcro (hook-and-loop material), and which has its own base is provided in the invention. There is an opening section (101.1) which enables the products to be put into the box section (101) and the opening of the box to be closed afterwards. In a version of the box structuring (100), an adhesive tape band (101.2), which covers the top of the adhesive section (101.3) which is located on at least one side of the opening section (101.1), is provided. Due to the fact that the tape band (101.2) is drawn; the adhesion of the sides of the opening section (101.1) is provided by the adhesive section (101.3).

[0048] In FIG. 3, a perspective view of a package with a tray (100) of the invention illustrating the tray section (102) being separated is shown whereas FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of a package with a tray (100) of the invention where the opening section (101.1) is closed, whereas in FIG. 5, a two dimensional view of the adhesive (101.3) version of the opening section (101.1) of a package with a tray (100) of the invention is shown.

[0049] Air holes (101.4) enable the entrance of air for the products which are put into the box structuring (100) and also let the steam go out. There are cord holes (101.5) into which the carrying cords (103), which are used for the box structuring (100) to be carried, are reeved. A tray section (102) which is adjacent to the box section (101) by a tearing section (102.1), which is a dashed line close fastener, and which detaches from the box section (101) by the dashed line close fastener and which has a separate base, is provided. There are carrying cords (103) which are reeved through the cord holes (101.5) in order for the product to be carried. Folding sections (104) are provided with the purpose of folding the box (101) and the tray (102). This varies depending on the shape of the respective box (100).

[0050] In FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, two dimensional views of the connected versions of the opening section (101.1) of a package with a tray (100) of the invention are shown in an opened state. In the connected versions of the package structuring (100), the connection of the opening section (101.1) to the box section (101) is provided by a connection region (101.6). In the connected versions of the package structuring (100), for the purpose of providing the connection between the opening section (101.1) and the box section (101), connection spaces (101.7) are formed on the box section (101).

[0051] The product can be unfolded by the folding sections (104) when it is in folded state. When the product is opened, the respective food product is put into it and the tape band (101.2) in the section (101.1) is drawn out and the box opening (101.1) is closed by the adhesive section (101.3). Therefore the product arrives to the consumer in a packaged state. The consumer can detach the tray (102) and the package (101) by tearing the product in the tearing section (102.1) and can consume the products in the box (101) by placing them onto the tray (102). In addition to these; due to the virtue of the adhesive section (101.3), the consumer can be ensured that the product box (101) has not been opened until it reaches them.
