Abstract
A foldable fitness equipment includes: an upper fixing member; a lower fixing member including a plurality of fixing holes; a pivot rod pivoted between the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member; a frame foldably pivoted between the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member, and including an upper and a lower frame portions; and a positioning unit including a positioning member and a resetting member. The positioning member is movable between a positioning position and a release position, includes a control portion and a positioning pin portion for inserting into or detaching from the fixing holes, and the resetting member allows for the positioning member to return to the positioning position from the release position. By controlling the displacement of the positioning member, the frame is pivoted and positioned relative to the upper and lower fixing members, so that the frame can be folded.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0031] Please refer to
[0032] The upper fixing member 20 is fixed on the setting surface 11, and includes an upper fixing portion 21 fixed on the setting surface 11, two upper extension portions 23 connected to the upper fixing portion 21 to form an upper pivoting space 22, and an upper pivot portion 24 disposed on each of the upper extension portions 23 and in a hole shape.
[0033] The lower fixing member 30 is fixed on the setting surface 11 and located below the upper fixing member 20, and includes a lower fixing portion 31 fixed on the setting surface 11, two lower extension portions 33 connected to the lower fixing portion 31 and forming a lower pivot space 32, a lower pivot portion 34 disposed on each of the lower extension portions 33 and in a hole shape, and a plurality of fixing holes 35 surrounding each of the lower pivot portions 34.
[0034] The pivot rod 40 is pivoted between the upper fixing member 20 and the lower fixing member 30, and includes an upper rod portion 41 pivoted on the upper pivot portions 24, a lower rod portion 42 pivoted on the lower pivot portion 34, a rod 43 provided between the upper rod portion 41 and the lower rod portion 42, and a pivot piece portion 44 provided between the rod 43 and the lower rod portion 42. The rod 43 is provided with a plurality of longitudinally arranged transverse holes 431, so that other fitness accessories (not shown) can be inserted therein to perform corresponding fitness actions, and the fitness accessories can be inserted into the transverse holes 431 at an appropriate height according to the height requirement, so as to improve the functionality of the fitness equipment; the pivot piece portion 44 includes a plurality of pivot holes 441, and each pivot hole 441 corresponds to each of the fixing holes 35 of the lower fixing member 30.
[0035] The frame 50 is foldably pivoted between the upper fixing member 20 and the lower fixing member 30, and includes an upper frame portion 51 pivotally disposed at the upper pivot portions 24, and a lower frame portion 52 pivotally disposed at the lower pivot portion 34, and a plurality of longitudinal rod portions 53 connected between the upper frame portion 51 and the lower frame portion 52. In this embodiment, the upper frame portion 51 is further pivoted to the upper rod portion 41 of the pivot rod 40 through an upper through hole 511, and the lower frame portion 52 is further pivoted to the lower rod portion 42 of the pivot rod 40 through a lower through hole 529. In addition, the lower frame portion 52 of the frame 50 is hollow, and includes an upper frame surface 521, a lower frame surface 522, a side frame surface 523 connecting the upper frame surface 521 and the lower frame surface 522, a limiting space 524 defined by the upper frame surface 521, the lower frame surface 522, and the side frame surface 523, a through hole 525 provided on the upper frame surface 521, and a side hole 526 provided on the side frame surface 523. The frame 50 is equipped with an auxiliary fitness unit 54, such as plural pulleys 541, steel cables 542, bar mounting rod 543, horizontal bar (not shown in the Fig.), single handle (not shown in the Fig.), etc.
[0036] The positioning unit 60 is assembled on the frame 50, and includes a positioning member 61 and a resetting member 62. The positioning member 61 is arranged on the lower frame portion 52 and movable between a positioning position (as shown in

[0043] The upper frame portion 51 of the frame 50 is fixed on the upper rod portion 41 of the pivot rod 40, and the lower frame portion 52 of the frame 50 is fixed on the lower rod portion 42 of the pivot rod 40 so that the frame 50 and the pivot rod 40 are fixed into one unitary and move simultaneously, and the fixing can be achieved by tight fitting or welding, but it is not limited to this. Since the frame 50 and the pivot rod 40 are fixed to each other as one unitary, and the positioning unit 60 is assembled on the frame 50, the folding and positioning after folding can be achieved simply by inserting the positioning pin portion 612 of the positioning member 61 into or separating it from the fixing hole 35 of the lower fixing member 30. Therefore, the structural design of the pivot rod 40 of the second embodiment does not need a pivot piece portion and the pivot hole as compared with the first embodiment, which effectively reduces the complexity of the structure and the manufacturing cost.
[0044] Please refer to
[0045] The foldable fitness equipment further includes a support rod 70, the support rod 70 includes a connecting portion 71 and a support portion 72, the connecting portion 71 is fixed on an end surface of the lower frame portion 52 of the frame 50, the support portion 72 and the connecting portion 71 form an angle, the support portion 72 abuts against a plane 12 (for example, the ground), and the plane 12 is perpendicular to the setting surface 11. With the support of the support rod 70, the structural strength of the invention can be increased when in use. In this embodiment, the support portion 72 of the support rod 70 is a wheel but not limited to this, so as to reduce the friction with the plane 12 when the frame 50 is folded or when the angle is adjusted, and the plane 12 can be prevented from being scratched and damaged.
[0046] While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
