Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a wafer carrier with a 14-pocket configuration showing my new design;

(3) FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof, with the left side view, front view, and rear view being identical;

(4) FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof; and,

(5) FIG. 5 is an enlarged portion view taken from callout circle 5 in FIG. 1.
